We used Millennium Real Estate to sell our home and find a new one. We were first time sellers and really appreciated all of Rachel's knowledge and help in preparing our home for sale. We had multiple offers on our home despite some difficult circumstances and were very pleased with how smoothly the process went. We then used Jonathan to help us find the new perfect home. He worked very hard to help us find a place in our desired neighborhood despite really low inventory. We were impressed with his efforts to think outside the box by calling neighbors who might be selling soon and in looking for different options that might not naturally show up in our online search. Overall very satisfied!
