Kinetix helped me find a new insurance company. I have better insurance and am saving over $500/year. Super quick and 100% worth the time to compare companies.

I like to use Kanetix when my auto and property insurance rates seem to be going up a little higher than I care to pay. They give you a selection of companies/brokers to choose from within acceptable price ranges. They definitely do their job...it s the companies you end up talking too that are questionable. Ask ALL sorts of questions once you re connected to an individual site. If you don t need a particular coverage, don t agree to it. Make sure ALL discounts are added. Check every detail as it applies to you. There are companies that check records going back twenty years! Take into consideration how easy it is to contact a company. One that I chose first had me on call back for at least half an hour...after two tries from the Kanetix rep. It might be best to call at least 3-4 different companies. Kanetix is a good source but companies vary so much you have to do your research!

Have been in touch with Kanetix re insurance for house and cars. At the beginning the dealing was very professional, friendly. Quote looked very good. An insurance score was required to receive a confirmation. Although we have been holding insurance on our various cars and homes since 1980 and have an insurance on present home where we live for last 11 years, it seems that insurance score was un unattainable. The person dealing with made promises to look into the problem but turn to be silent, was not answering calls, was not returning messages. Good company to deal with, maybe not so.

I was looking to hear back on a quote and no one called me back was on hold for over ten minutes not very good communications or service .

The customer service reps were very polite and helpful.EXCELLENT DAY FOR ME.They gave me a good rate,best i have ever had.

Really disappointed with these Kinetix.ca submission services. The proposed quote for my car insurance was very competitive, but once in telephone contact with the insurer, the premium increased by a hundred dollars and therefore lost all competitiveness ... very ordinary. The lady of the insurance company was annoyed. She says that Kinetix's systems often do not match the real prices of insurance companies. I do not recommend doing business with Kinetix.ca. It's a waste of time.

The customer service representative on the phone was impatient and had poor communication and effective listening skills.

Wasted my time.....under staffed, so a long wait as well to find out initial quote was misleading.

This was a horrible experience. I filled out a quote online being completely honest and got an amazing quote for a new car. I called Kanetix and they said just call the company whenever i want to confirm the quote so i did. The rates were much higher. I called kanetix back asking why the rates didn't match. They said "Oh you called the company first? you have to call us first and we transfer you. Your rate is now void. Sorry." He couldn't transfer me to any management or anything. He did nothing for me.

I recently used the Kanetix website to get auto insurance quotes for my new car. The site was easy to use and the application was quick to complete and I was able to obtain excellent pricing, better then going direct to the same company, saving over $750 per year. The Kanetix rep. connected me directly to the right person at the selected insurance company for quick service and followed up to ensure I got exactly what I wanted - a great advocate for me. I highly recommend Kanetix for one stop shopping for car insurance and will use the service again when my insurance comes up next year. Call center employees forward calls to different companies without even informing. Random quotes are received from the website. Please do not waste your time.

Whatever rate you got is not true. When they transfer you to the insurance company the guy there will tell you sorry but the internet price is not correct.

I tried Kanetix today and altho I'm sure this service is working for some people, I didn't for me. After calling the first insurance company, the price was $300 more than the one Kanetix gave me. I called the second one and again their price was $150 more than the one advertised. I'm giving 3 stars because I like the idea of this site and wish it will get better.

First I called Kanetix.ca with my quote code, nice lady helped me nicely and transfer to insurer line, total process took my 30 mins but it was worth. I am happy with the service that Kanetix offered, just waiting the 20$ gift card to send to my email. I recommend you checking them before get any car insurance.

That is a very useful website. It helps me to save near 1000/year for my 2011 ML350 after I transfer it from TDMM to Desjardins by Kanetix. It is about 10% cheaper than from Desjardins directly.

I am an existing customer looking to make some changes to my policy. I have called and I couldn t get to speak to anyone because the wait time is ridiculous. I have also emailed the agent handled my policy in the beginning as well as their general customer service email. Two weeks have passed and I haven t got one single reply. I am at the point to switch broker.

The worst service I have ever received. The broker I dealt with kept insisting she was too busy to return my calls/emails. Her phone always goes to voicemail, it doesn't even ring! Very unprofessional! If she was one of my employees, she would no longer be working for me.

Recently finished setting up my new car insurance after using Kanetix. Very useful in supplying multiple quotes from different companies without having to re-enter your information several times when shopping around.

They quickly set me up with a company, COSECO, which offered the cheapest quote for car insurance. It was $700 per year LESS then what my old company was charging. COSECO has mixed reviews itself and there were other companies which still offered less then my old company and were more well known with higher stared reviews but I chose COSECO for the cost savings. Hopefully that decision wont come back to haunt me.

Anyway, I highly recommend using Kanetix to help shop around.

The only annoying thing was that Kanetix will hide the company that offers the best quote. All other quotes will show the companys so that you can do a background check yourself on the company before you make a decision. The company which offers the best quote will be hidden, so you cannot do a background check until you call Kanetix. The plus side, they will tell you the company's name after you call them and they will hold your quote for several days for you to make up your mind, giving you time to do your research. No pressure to buy when you call.

Quote from Insurance Company was $700 more than Kanetic. Waste of time!!

Received a quote online, received a phone call from Kanetix almost instantly, Kanetix told me the name of the insurance company, transferred the call to a broker (not an insurance company) who gave me a quote from a different insurance company and quoted me $2000 per year more than the original quote from Kanetix. I feel like the broker collected my information, ran a credit history check and than tried to rip me off. I feel like Kanetix became a scam!
Asked the agent to remove my information from their system and he had guts to ask me if I would recommend his company in exchange for a $10 gift card.

Found the cheapest auto insurance rate using this website, difference of a couple hundred per year. I highly suggest using this database when looking for your cheapest quote!

Why is not much help at all couldn't even find my postal code

Very good site, they find you the insurer the most able to offer you a very good price and establishes contact with it. In my case, the SSQ and I saved money on renewing my annual auto premium. It's good to shop for insurance with Kanetix.ca ... Thank you very much!

My insurance company hiked up my premiums significantly. Called a few other companies all with higher quotes. Kanetix helped me save $65/month by finding a much cheaper policy. Would highly recommend.

it is huge difference from what you get at Kanetix and what after connecting you by Kanetix ambassador with Insurance company, they suggest you for buying. Such a disappointment.m

I am extremely satisfied with the submissions of many auto insurers obtained very quickly on the kanetix site. I immediately find my new insurer with an unbeatable premium but above all 33% less expensive than my previous insurer. All in 4 minutes. Thank you very much for the site and courtesy of employees. a client who will pay 24 more restaurants this year thanks to the savings this site allowed me to obtain.

I have been using Kanetix in past for a few times to obtain car insurance quotes and that was working for me. Unfortunately recently at this time I have been exposed to kind of unprofessional service, misleading, and suspicious practice of one of the Insurance Company that I was connected with throughout the Kanetix. The quote I got on Kanetix website was $995 per year, once connected to the Insurance Broker representing CAA Company (KTX Insurance Brokers) quote went up to $1046 per year, and that was all I got from them, and I agreed to this price, of course Insurance Broker collected all of our personal and banking informations promising to set up Insurance Policy within 24 hrs (next day or early - I have all correspondence as of proof of this misleading, unprofessional practice), instead of setting up policy after demanding I received second quote for $1357 that is $311 higher than I agreed to it. Therefore my advise to anyone shopping around, before you provide them sensitive info demand final quote, do not fall in this scam.

I used the Kanetix web form to get quotes on auto insurance for tow of us on two vehicles after my rates with AMA (CAA) skyrocketed for no good reason (zero claims). I filled out the details very accurately and truthfully and got several quotes. I called Kanetix to "unlock" the lowest quote, which turned out to be with TD insurance. Kanetix connected me to TD right away and within an hour I had new auto insurance for us on our two vehicles for $3271 a year less than the crazy AMA (CAA) renewal quote. Our new rate with TD is less than 40% of what AMA (CAA) wanted for the same policy. Kanetix save me a huge amount of money - I'm still a bit shocked actually.

Waste of my time. Since the changes in 2yrs since my last experience. Which was positive then. Wasted over 50 minutes on phone. Being set up with 2 insurance companies ive never heard of. And tell me i need a safety done on a vehicle. Never in an accident. Oiled every year. $6,500 paint job. And 1 owner. Me. Complete waste of time. Dont bother with it. Used to be good and helpfull. Now an onnoyance. Should have left things alone.

Even the representative on the phone tried his best for a better quote, I could not get the offer I expected as shown on online quote. Even I was kept on call lasted more than two hours and still could not get to be insured. It is still high for me. Tomorrow I possibly would go another company which I got slightly better deal. It was waste of my time.

My wife was quoted a price of $1495.00 for car insurance when she called and was told that I needed to call for a final price that would include apartment contents. The final price I was quoted was $2123.00 for auto insurance only.....what kind of a scam are you running...you are a bunch of sleazy scammers and wasted my day.

Had a long wait to get connected to an agent (about 10 minutes) but once I was talking the service was very quick and efficient. However, the quote from the insurance company itself was higher than from the Kanetix website even though none of the info I put in changed. Still got a very competitive deal and saved lots over my existing auto policy. Will definitely use Kanetix again in the future and recommend to others.

Kanetix showed me a great rate, but I had to call to them find out who the insurer was. Then when they transferred me to the insurer, TD, I was told that they didn't receive my info and we had to start over. Then they gave me a price that was $262 more than what I was shown on Kanetix. Complete waste of time. At least I was able to get a list of insurers that I will now contact myself individually.

Very predative and exploitative two
Very predative and exploitative two words I will use for them. I would give a zero star if I had a choice.

I needed the insurance yesterday same day for a car transfer their insurance broker made sure that they make full use of this situation and kept increasing the premium by using confusing terms. Actual quote was $122 and last quote they gave me was $236. I begin talking to them around 3pm or 3:30pm well before 5pm office closing time, but their agent wasted two hours behind this by this time the office was already close and the insurance was useless.

I was super clear with the Agent that I wanted the insurance same day. I mentioned it like three times on the phone.This person kept on asking me to send him one document after another while assuring me that the quote will remain if I send him the document. Once I send him the request document he increased my premium even further and told me he ran another quote.This is what he did through the whole conversation kept running qupte.

If your agent was unable to do it same day service just ask them to be mention it to the client rather that saying safe words like 24 hours. They need to say we can't do it same day sorry period, rather than saying it will or may take 24 hours to finalize the project.

I have secure same day insurance with in one hour of conversation with other agents.I am not sure why your agent wasted my time and tried to take advantage of the situation. I will be launching an official complain against this guy with your company very soon for wasting my time and half day work. Its because of you agents exploitative attitude that I have to stay in the city for one extra night paid for the hotel and do my car transfer the next day.

Do not, I repeat do not get an online quote from these people. Your number will be shared and you will receive spam/bot calls for the rest of your life. Get it together and quit harassing people. If we want your services, we'll call you!

They sell insurance, 24/7, but of there is an issue and you call them you find out that only auto insurance people are available and you have to wait till after the long weekend to talk to someone. Well, this is travel insurance over a long weekend. So this means they will get back to us half way into our trip at best.

If you sell things 24/7, you need to ensure your system is flawless or you at the very least have the ability to help customers that call about an issue immediately after you taking their money.

They sold insurance for Alianz. They then give you a number to call to ask questions, and it is out of service. So you Google the company, call every number you can possibly find and find out NONE of their numbers are in service any more. Logical reasoning means this company is no longer in service.

So Kanetix sold us insurance for a company that doesn't exist, and when we call kanetix immediately after purchasing the insurance we find their department is closed today, tomorrow, and the next day and then we will receive a call back within 48 hours from that day. This will be half into the trip!

Joke of a company. They have good reviews for auto, because they support it. Don't use them for any other kind of insurance as it is not their focus and they will not be able to support your purchase.

The quote that I received from my selected source was almost twice as much as what Kanetix told me. Bit of a waste of time, really.

wonderful service from justin lecours from kanetix. Literally helped me get a better understanding of my policy and saved me for a cancellation fee my insurance would have charged me do to a miscommunication of payment.

Time consuming but not so competitive. For a comparo site the results are not that impressive. It seems to be an effort to go to one provider.

What a joke. Spent 40 minutes getting a quote. Was quoted $2007 by Kanetix and got an actual quote of $2500 by the actual company.

Its like click bate. I got a quote through a live agent and then they transferred me to the insurance company. when i got online the one with td they asked if i was a university grad then they transferred me. the quote i got from kinetic was gone.

The worst service every. No trust in the company and brokers.

Absolute BS. You get one price from Kanetix and when you talk to the perspective broker the price went up $250

I used to like using Kanetix to compare auto insurance rates for different addresses to help me decide on a place to live, but now they require you to give out a valid phone number. I don't want to give out my phone number because I don't want anyone to call me and sell stuff, I'd just like to get an estimate/quote right away and be on my way. I get that they're trying to generate leads but not everyone is far enough down in the purchase funnel to actually want to buy insurance (in my case I don't own a car at the present and haven't moved back to a permanent address but plan to do both in the next year).

Their customer service is very POOR. They communicate via emails. What can be resolved within few minutes, takes days. It frustrating. The email turn around time is 2 business days. Do you have patience/time that? I don't. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone at all. I will be dealing direct with an insurance company next time.

P.S: There comes a template response from the company.. we are sorry to hear ... blah blah blah...

Complete waste of time. Was quoted for $2100 with TD and called them to find out it was $2800. They just advertise the lowest price just to get you to call in to the insurance company. Do not trust them.

Transfered to a good company but was lied to about the gift card!

I tried Kanetix today and received quotes from 3 companies. When Kanetix transferred me to each of those companies, I was asked the same questions asked by Kanetix online and the quotes were hundreds of dollars more in each instance.

The quotes are rubish. I had a Quote for 780$ and when I callled they can give me a price of 940$. They said it all depends on the criterias... The funny thing is their criterias where the same as in my quote but the price is not the same. It seems they give you a false quote to attract you and then give you the real price which is above for no reason.
