Their customer service is very POOR. They communicate via emails. What can be resolved within few minutes, takes days. It frustrating. The email turn around time is 2 business days. Do you have patience/time that? I don't. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone at all. I will be dealing direct with an insurance company next time.
P.S: There comes a template response from the company.. we are sorry to hear ... blah blah blah...
