They sell insurance, 24/7, but of there is an issue and you call them you find out that only auto insurance people are available and you have to wait till after the long weekend to talk to someone. Well, this is travel insurance over a long weekend. So this means they will get back to us half way into our trip at best.

If you sell things 24/7, you need to ensure your system is flawless or you at the very least have the ability to help customers that call about an issue immediately after you taking their money.

They sold insurance for Alianz. They then give you a number to call to ask questions, and it is out of service. So you Google the company, call every number you can possibly find and find out NONE of their numbers are in service any more. Logical reasoning means this company is no longer in service.

So Kanetix sold us insurance for a company that doesn't exist, and when we call kanetix immediately after purchasing the insurance we find their department is closed today, tomorrow, and the next day and then we will receive a call back within 48 hours from that day. This will be half into the trip!

Joke of a company. They have good reviews for auto, because they support it. Don't use them for any other kind of insurance as it is not their focus and they will not be able to support your purchase.
