For our third wedding anniversary, we enjoyed a 3-course meal in the Brasserie Next Level. The ambience with direct view of the Rhine makes vacation feelings arise. On the one hand view of the Siebengebirge, on the More

The hotel room was totally shabby when moving in and not clean;
-Bedspread was stained
-long brown hair on the bedspread
- There was long brown hair on the sink too
-the shade of the room lamp only one screw on the metal bracket, since the hotel is actually modern, you might think that was wanted, but no, it was just broken :-)
- as a highlight there were traces of a white powder or residues of it on the sideboard; what that may have been.

After a complaint there was a new room, but apart from an "Oh that shouldn't be like that" no reaction from the hotel.

Absolutely not appropriate at this price.

Much more comfortable, cleaner and better for less money.
By ignoring the shortcomings, definitely this rating.

The room service is really great as well as the food. But otherwise a pure disappointment. Then prefer real hotels! It started at the arrival, the stupid we turned on if you could not bring your luggage to your room.

A high quality hotel with smart styling and quality staff. Some rooms exceptionally well fitted and some even have themes. Mid to very high-end pricing. Have attended a number of events here which have been very good. 20 minutes out of Bonn City.

Update: the missing invoice was actually sent by email. Thanks a lot for this. This doesn't improve the general service.
Now to answer my recession through the hotel. No, nobody was able to help me with the missing bathrobes, so please be informed that I could not go to your "spa area" either. I also communicated this when checking out. Bottom line, as already mentioned, I only paid a lot of money for an overnight stay with poor service. Your "sorry" will definitely not make it any better, as I had different expectations of your house. Also, I will definitely not give you a "second chance", your attempts are too expensive for me and my time is much too valuable. It will be far easier for me to go to a hotel whose service exceeds my expectations and I can enjoy my stay for the same price.

unfortunately very disappointed! We stayed there on New Year's Eve / New Year's Eve, check-in went very well, the room looked good too, but there were no bathrobes and a small bottle of water for two people, five star hotel! We wanted to have a snack in the lobby, not complicated, 1 sandwich, a burger and two salami pizza. The first waiter had probably lost the order, so a young waitress took it up again. After about 30 minutes the sandwich and the burger came, the two pizzas finally came after another 45 minutes, so no meals together.
Now they wanted to visit the spa area, as already announced, there were no bathrobes in the room, on request in the spa area, we were told that we should get some at the reception. Basically, of course, I always like to iron out other people's mistakes at my expense, but on New Year's Eve and for the price of 335 I really didn't feel like queuing at the reception, as around 60-70 people were about to check in there. So not in the spa area, too bad. Then later we went to dinner in buffet form, 159.- per person. The food tasted good, even if there were probably problems with refilling in between. After dinner we went to the "party", if you can call it that. Drinks from plastic cups and dispensing like at every fire brigade festival. Fortunately you could get drinks in the lobby.
Breakfast then adapted completely to the previous impression. After asking several times, we got cups, we wanted to squeeze orange juice, after we finally got glasses again, there weren't any oranges left. Full of disaster.
When checking out, I was asked several times whether the second reserved room would also be paid for with my credit card, or whether this would be paid for by the guests themselves. I answered every time. the guests pay themselves, hardly imaginable, but now both rooms have been charged to my credit card, but there does not seem to be an invoice for the second room.
After checking out, we wanted to have a quick coke, the waiting time was only 35 minutes, for two cokes!

Of course, I also emailed the hotel myself, there was no response after a week of waiting. So now on this path and please urgently send me the invoice for room 381.

The bottom line is that the hotel is pretty nice and the service is underground. For us it will never be an option again.

The hotel is fancy but no real hospitality soul....I've tried a few outlets and the price vs. value is good but their service is no way 5 or even 4 stars in my opinion.
Not even in Unico which is 1 Michilin star but honestly does not give the experience consistently.

Good kitchen, staff endeavors and nice. But it is unbelievable that they have no heating in the bistro on 19.12.17. All guests have frozen. The service staff told us that they have been wearing warmer clothes for days. Sorry, it does not work. Therefore only 1 point.

Here worlds meet each other. Grandiose location. Grandiose suites, of course in the four-digit area per night, but it is worth to ask for offers. From the suites grandiose Rhine view.
Unfortunately, the majority of the rooms to the indoor area, which is very impressive, but loud inside and at events.
Other rooms on the outside are more pleasant, but there is the noise from the other localities sometimes really sleepy.
The biggest derailment was, however, lack of own skills on the Rhine side right in front of the unique hotel a Bavarian Holzbierbude to the outside gastronomy to ask.
The highest level of the hotel and the architecture was driven in front of the wooden wall of the Bier Bude. Total loss.

I have been to Kameha for the third time. The hotel room, the reception of the service in the spa is really great unfortunately left the peace in the sauna area to be desired and the sauna order was not respected. It was too loud. But the saddest thing was the breakfast buffet. You only got a squeezed orange juice if you took a very long time the coffee machines were completely overloaded the dishes were not enough and the service looked annoyed. There were not even enough plates available, everything was too little and you were always looking for something but sitting at the breakfast table was almost impossible we were very disappointed and this time it was the last time we were there

Nice hotel in a unique and great location. The rooms are large and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The highlight was the pool on the roof with a view of the Rhine. Breakfast could be a little tic more choice for a ***** house. But only mentioned in passing. After a sleepless night and the complaint from our side, our request at the front desk Stephanie was treated immediately and very professionally, which made us happy again and we could leave the hotel satisfied.

In my opinion it is the best hotel in Bonn, and I have visited probably most of them! The rooms are VERY nice, with windows from ceiling to floor, there is a small pool, sauna, stuff is very polite and helpfull, the breakfast is also very good (but to be honest the best breakfast is in Maritim) nevertheless it is the best hotel in Bonn - take it!!!

A nice, clean hotel with a great view of the Rein. The food was very good and the staff is accommodating. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Clearly 5 stars. Unfortunately there is the deduction only for the price-performance ratio. At 35 for a breakfast and 60 surcharge for a room with "window to open" I have to deduct a star. Important: The underground car park has direct hotel access, but does not belong to the hotel (statement reception). That means you pay full 25 per day !!!! Parking on the street is largely prohibited and other travel quite recommended.

Visually a very special hotel with the best location on the Rhine. I have often visited this hotel for overnight stays, private celebrations and conferences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are very modern and quiet. Breakfast buffet small but nice and offers everything in the best quality. The spa also offers relaxation and a special view of the Rhine and the city of Bonn. There are enough parking spaces in the underground car park.

New Year's Eve party was unfortunately not that great. We are very disappointed. Eating in the Rhein Alm wasn't special. Service ok, but too crowded and much too loud. No music ... we had imagined it very differently.

A great hotel that we visited for a company event. The route is well described from the motorway. There is an underground car park with enough space. The elevator takes you directly to the lobby. Checking in is quick and easy. The rooms are very nicely furnished depending on the location but noisy when an event takes place in the house. The food was very good. Breakfast is good and fresh too.

I'll tell a secret ...
When I go for a walk in Bonn, I drink my coffee here on the Rhine. Because many think that this is more expensive in the Grand Hotel. But he is better, more friendly served than to the right and left of it.
So not more expensive, but more precious.
And when I meet business partners in Bonn, I prefer to be in this shrill foyer. In general, I think that locals rarely use the facilities of hotels in their own area.
