The red corridors are a bit puffy but the hotel and rooms are top.

The prices at the bar are partly overpriced.
15 for a Caipirinha is probably a bit over the top.

Imposing and wonderfully decorated hotel, friendly staff, great bar and delicious food. Great location, right on the Rhine. High price category. But leaves nothing to be desired.

We had registered by phone for today's 08.12.2013 for Sunday brunch with naming our voucher. There was no indication that it is a festive brunch, not with 49, - per person to book beats, but with 69, -. So far, NOT so good!
We then chose a wine - Gray Burgundy - for the price of 35, - per bottle. The very friendly waiter gave the information that this wine was unfortunately out and offered an alternative. We assumed that this alternative would also be in the range +/- 35, -. NO, on the bill we found the price of 69, - for this gray burgundy. Again, we would have expected, as already at the time of booking, an indication of the additional costs.
So we were able to pay instead of 35, - for the wine we selected a total of 109, -.
So far we have liked to come to KAMEHA occasionally for brunch, but in the near future we will certainly forgo it for the time being.

Upscale design hotel. Each room is uniquely decorated. Price rather elevated level.

Great hotel with great breakfast with beautifull open swimming pool.
Redness in the corridor is a little bit disturbing but decorations and pictures inside are just great.

Great hotel in Bonn, the best. It is a 5 star hotel with capital letters! Every detail is paid for attention and the stuff could not be prettier and more professional. Swimming pool a big +. A high quality hotel with smart styling and high quality staff. Some rooms are exceptionally well equipped and some even have themes. Medium to very high prices. Have visited a number of events here, which were very good. 20 minutes from Bonn City. The hotel is located outside the city center. Right next to the river with great views

Hin zu kommt, dass es vor 12 keinen Orangensaft, keinen Whisky und um halb 1 keinen Champagner mehr gab.
Uns kam es vor, als ob niemand Interesse an der Organisation hatte - das Chaos nahm halt seinen Lauf.

It's great, but too much of everything. Those who like it super stylish are in good hands here.

I use the spa. The sauna was great. In addition, you have a fantastic view of the Rhine, if you are in the pool. Sensational .... At this point a big compliment to the entire team of the SPA. They are all very friendly. If you have a concern / desire as a customer, both the boss and the ladies always strive to implement this quickly. Class

Luxury on Rhine River! location is suburb and level is 5 starts. only problem is the rooms access and narrow passages (with Red themed glossy paint!). Restaurant is well located on ground floor with thirst/ Hunger quenching stuff. Great German and European food.

A great hotel but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. At the reception initially our room was not found in the system. After a back and forth then. It was a present of my friend and several times the room rate was called. Know it so that this should not be done at the reception, but if at all on previous invoice overview is checked. Then in the room we found unfortunately a used towel and two bathrobes. And lots of dust on the shelves. Room service took over an hour with the statement of the employee that he was finally alone. Unprofessional! Too bad about the great house that the service is not delivered accordingly.

Very nice hotel in a wonderful landscape right on the Rhine. A dream for meetings and the weekend break.

A great, unusual hotel with clean rooms, great breakfasts and incredibly nice staff. If I had something to complain about, it was because of the pillows. They were not mine at all and unfortunately there was no choice.

"public viewing" germany usa - 2 deposit for plastic cups, 50 cents per toilet use and everywhere total blockade thanks to competent "folders" and bar staff. not recommended.

My stay was perfect around !!! The hotel is very nice!! The room was clean and the staff is accommodating! The spa area I can very warmly recommend !!! Great pool and saunas .. as a small criticism point but not worth mentioning .. is that one day there was tea other than bathrobe in the spinning and the next day not ..! but otherwise it was a nice stay and I'll book again soon!

Impressive hotel from the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Second floor hallway was all red which was quite the decorative touch. Lots of cool features in rooms. For the price two single beds didn t seem appropriate.

With such a hotel you certainly screwed up the expectations but still you can expect a certain basic cleanliness. The shower head has never been cleaned on top. I wanted to misrepresent him and had the dirt on my fingers. The joints in the bathroom do not look so nice either. Turning on the lights already requires a certain test round. Without glasses not to use. Well meant and modern. But impractical. Then it comes to the fact that an elevator did not work. I used the stairs, otherwise I would never have arrived. Somehow everyone felt overwhelmed.

Vouchers can be issued on site only with credit card and PayPal. Cash and EC card payment were not accepted. Too bad, the way was free. The service, in this regard, at such a 5 star hotel is simply incomprehensible and worthy of improvement.

Very, very good food, great ambience, fantastic location right on the Rhine.

Nice atmosphere. Great room. Spa area quite small and no separate relaxation room. Distracting noises from coffee machine and reception. Friendly staff. Staff at breakfast talk very close to the buffet under spit protection. Cross contamination. However, a nice WEEKEND.

Room too warm, no air conditioning, old bread for breakfast, staff totally overwhelmed, at our event the night before the meat was tough, too few knives and glasses, staff could never help with any question, this hotel never again.

Very good hotel. Modern and special design and architecture. Relaxing atmosphere. Great rooms - even the "standard rooms". Beautifully located directly on the Rhine. I'm often in Bonn on business. In my opinion, the best house in the square. Service in my opinion always good.

Except extremely expensive nothing with 5 stars to do

Breakfast was very good, but rarely experienced such a noisy spa area. The conversation is always loud (as well as the staff !!), which makes the emergence of a feeling of relaxation impossible. Unfortunately we will not come back. Pity! Because of the breakfast still 3 stars!

This review is for the spa. I think, currently the most beautiful swimming pool in Bonn. Afterwards there were delicious cocktails at the bar. Great, keep it up.

The Kameha Hotel is a good 5 star hotel and it's a nice difference to the usually mundane 5 star hotels.

Located on the riverside the surrounding area is quiet and there are plenty of restaurants close by and multiple in the hotel.
Public transportation is within walking distance too.

The rooms are very nice and modern, staff is friendly.

Too pretentious and expensive for what is on offer, too kitsch. Till recently Bonn didn't have many options for 5 star accommodation but with the new Marriott on the other side located just on the Rhine as well, there are better choices now.

Cold food, poor service, far too few service technicians in the brasserie. Furthermore, it is not possible to order tables for 10 people. Since then the Al a Carte falls away. After we have unloaded a person from the food we could eat a la carte. Rating only refers to the brasserie

We had a very nice time (3.4.19 to 4.4.19), we are looking forward to the next visit. The spa area is very nice, unfortunately our appointments were not registered. However, we received our treatment two hours later the same day. The Spa employee has made a lot of effort, dates postponed, so we did not look forward to the appointment in vain and we even donated a drink. Great service, are very excited !! The breakfast was also delicious, the service staff very accommodating. The room had a very nice view of the Rhine, we felt very comfortable on our first visit to a luxury hotel! Update :) Stayed here for the second time yesterday for one night. It was just perfect. Thank you for the great time, my mother and I will never forget this overnight stay (7.5.19) !!! We have never experienced something so generous. We will be back.

Although I have short visit, but looks to be a nice place.

The hotel is on the other side of Rhine from Bonn city
But it is well connected to cologne and Koblenz as Bonn Oberkassel Hbf is just 10 mins walk from the hotel.

A good spread on the complimentary breakfast and the restaurant has great view of the river
The rooms are spacious amd cozy
When sharing the glass bits of the toilets are a let down
Overall the courteous staff, complimentary high speed wifi and well kept lounge and rooms are the highlights of thos upscale hotel

Very special style but also very chic. The rooftop pool is wonderful.

Does not correspond to a five star hotel. The so-called.Infiniti pool was more of a pool bar. 30 people stand with glasses in hand in the pool ... swimming was unthinkable. Access from the parking garage with luggage through the bar. Simultaneous showers or toilets in the room with two people not possible. For light switch system you would need a briefing .....

Great hotel but don't park on site - too expensive. Make sure to take advantage of the gym and spa.

In my opinion, the Kameha Grande Bonn has everything a hotel needs. As a guest you feel comfortable with security. This is supported by the outlook and the service.

A hotel that really deserves the name Disign-Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Execenter service. First class breakfast and a wellness and fitness area for those who like to stay in the hotel.

Exceptional hotel in the upscale area. This house is just different and therefore special. It is a bit expensive to stay here, but the value is good. The rooms have open bathrooms and all have floor to ceiling windows. Each room has its own coffee pod machine. The house is very modern and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are clean. Under the motto "life is Grand", this grand hotel lives up to its name! As a tip, if Kameha Grand, then a Junior Suit or bigger!

The hotel is very nice, the grounds and the view are great! ... but unfortunately the service is not as you would expect or expect ... Very inflexible. Minibar in a suite not from the outset equipped. Not prepared for the number of guests in the room. Unfortunately for this hotel not the best signage. Superior room very loud. 25 E extra charge to get quite room. Lights w/o option to switch off. No liquids in the shower. Very poor service not interested to find the solution. Breakfast with small choice. Wet tables.

Uitstekend hotel buiten de stad Bonn.
Prachtig gelegen in een rustige nieuwe zakenwijk met vele interessante restaurants. Levendige sfeer mer veel wandelaars en fietsers langs de rivier.
Het hotel is een waar design paradijs!
Uitstekend ontbijt: alles wat je wenst is aanwezig en zelfs meer dan dat! Kamers zijn spectaculair! Vraag bij boeken om kamers met zicht op de Rijn; dan zit je goed.

Best hotel in Bonn. Business oriented and interesting atmosphere. Nice location on the Rhein. Nice SPA.

We were in October 2015 a weekend at the Kameha hotel in Bonn. Everything was great!

Very cool event location of the upscale kind. Great objects of art beautify the hotel. Since I was not on site as a hotel guest, I can not comment on that, but it made a very good impression. The food was great.

NOT GOOD FOR BIG EVENTS OR GROUP BOOKINGS. From the time we started business with them till the wedding, it was utter chaos. Within the 8 month period leading up to the wedding, the department in charge of doing our group bookings had 5 people leave the company, with each person leaving our account in shambles. All updates to guest names, number of rooms, number of days of stay, who paid or not, and even providing a link for our guests to book (that took 4 months?!?!) was never done correctly or updated. Even though we ended up earning them 10000 Euros for just 2 days of business, they managed to alienate even us, the wedding couple, because they booked us for one night instead of two. When we came back from breakfast, we were locked out of our room. The keycards wouldn't function and they sent us back and forth for ONE HOUR until they realized their mistake. They charged my guests again, even though they had prepaid. Two months on, they are still waiting for their refund. The rooms look pretty, but they were so hot, not even the air conditioning seemed to work (you can't open a window either). The bathrooms look nice until you realize the architecture is aesthetically beautiful, but useless. You have no privacy in the bathroom since everything is made of glass and there is no soundproofing. The lights switches are some new invention that makes no sense, so you are pressing all 6 buttons to figure out what they are. When you turn the lights on in the bathroom, they are so bright (and since the bathroom is made of glass), the bedroom is also lit up (NO ONE CAN SLEEP). Breakfast was good, spa was ok, but small. Not worth the money, planning and energy.

A very special hotel that offers pure luxury. We would come back anytime.
