The hotel is fancy but no real hospitality soul......

The hotel is fancy but no real hospitality soul....I've tried a few outlets and the price vs. value is good but their service is no way 5 or even 4 stars in my opinion.
Not even in Unico which is 1 Michilin star but honestly does not give the experience consistently.
