Update: the missing invoice was actually sent by email. Thanks a lot for this. This doesn't improve the general service.
Now to answer my recession through the hotel. No, nobody was able to help me with the missing bathrobes, so please be informed that I could not go to your "spa area" either. I also communicated this when checking out. Bottom line, as already mentioned, I only paid a lot of money for an overnight stay with poor service. Your "sorry" will definitely not make it any better, as I had different expectations of your house. Also, I will definitely not give you a "second chance", your attempts are too expensive for me and my time is much too valuable. It will be far easier for me to go to a hotel whose service exceeds my expectations and I can enjoy my stay for the same price.
unfortunately very disappointed! We stayed there on New Year's Eve / New Year's Eve, check-in went very well, the room looked good too, but there were no bathrobes and a small bottle of water for two people, five star hotel! We wanted to have a snack in the lobby, not complicated, 1 sandwich, a burger and two salami pizza. The first waiter had probably lost the order, so a young waitress took it up again. After about 30 minutes the sandwich and the burger came, the two pizzas finally came after another 45 minutes, so no meals together.
Now they wanted to visit the spa area, as already announced, there were no bathrobes in the room, on request in the spa area, we were told that we should get some at the reception. Basically, of course, I always like to iron out other people's mistakes at my expense, but on New Year's Eve and for the price of 335 I really didn't feel like queuing at the reception, as around 60-70 people were about to check in there. So not in the spa area, too bad. Then later we went to dinner in buffet form, 159.- per person. The food tasted good, even if there were probably problems with refilling in between. After dinner we went to the "party", if you can call it that. Drinks from plastic cups and dispensing like at every fire brigade festival. Fortunately you could get drinks in the lobby.
Breakfast then adapted completely to the previous impression. After asking several times, we got cups, we wanted to squeeze orange juice, after we finally got glasses again, there weren't any oranges left. Full of disaster.
When checking out, I was asked several times whether the second reserved room would also be paid for with my credit card, or whether this would be paid for by the guests themselves. I answered every time. the guests pay themselves, hardly imaginable, but now both rooms have been charged to my credit card, but there does not seem to be an invoice for the second room.
After checking out, we wanted to have a quick coke, the waiting time was only 35 minutes, for two cokes!
Of course, I also emailed the hotel myself, there was no response after a week of waiting. So now on this path and please urgently send me the invoice for room 381.
The bottom line is that the hotel is pretty nice and the service is underground. For us it will never be an option again.
