Very nice hotel and offers all the extras you could wish for. Is rather something for a more well-heeled clientele.

In my room there were countless pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and in bed on and under the pillow. After I told the front desk, I was assured that someone there would clean again and change the sheets. When I returned, I was horrified to find that nothing was changed. No matter how many stars, cleanliness is an absolute MUST!

Absolutely bad service in the lobby. You had to beg for a drink, it was 1.5 hours long !!!!!
It was neither full nor a complicated drink. Very bad bar for such a nice hotel. Upon request only cheeky comments came from the bartender.
Then we bring our money to where the guests are served in a friendly and happy manner.

Wheelchair accessible hotel with nice spacious rooms and roll in shower. Staff was rude throughout our stay. We had a lot of bags and I can t carry any because I use a wheelchair and no one came to assist. The blonde breakfast hostess was just mean and not hospitable. The decor is a bit out there and loud. For a supposedly upscale place I expected more.

Beautifully designed hotel with wonderful facilities. Room was spacious and really well designed with all the amenities included. It is conveniently located near business park so you can just walk to meetings nearby. Not too much to do in the area although there are several restaurants nearby if you want to pop out for a meal. Staff were gracious and friendly. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas:
Of course it makes a chic impression, but it is getting on in years.
Let's start with the wellness area: boards and tiles that have fallen off in the sauna. The shower head splash in different directions because the hose or head is cracked. The area really needs to be renovated urgently, didn't seem as "high class" as it is being sold.
The room:
Furnishing and style score here. However, the drain next to the bathtub and in the sink smelled extremely, I guess it's not easy to clean properly because of the design, but it was really uncomfortable so we had to keep running shampoo and water into it. The double room with queen-size bed turned out to be a room with two beds pushed together. Towels and bathrobes were only available in ONE version ... a little more attention when preparing the room would have been nice.
We didn't book the breakfast, which was too expensive for us at over 25 per person. The coffee we got at the bar was bitter & sour inedible. I expect a well-made coffee with good beans and proper portafilter machine handling; especially when a hotel sells itself as special and good. Of course, the facility has its charm and the concept is well thought out. In my opinion, there are some renovation points to be done.
In general, however, we felt comfortable, therefore recommendation. And hopefully a few of the points mentioned will be reconsidered;)

I like the hotel very much! The rooms are nice and the service perfect!

I was here twice for professional reasons to meetings. The location on the banks of the Rhine is great. The hotel is luxurious, the rooms are equipped with a lot of technology. The underground car park is spacious and bright.

What remains in the memory and as a special feature of this hotel to emphasize is the unconventional, sometimes bright colors with special patterns in the public areas. Sometimes that was fascinating, but sometimes it was also a burden on the senses. In any case, the design is unique.

Service is the worst
It is hard to use hotel first. It's hard to open the door. No explanation
I didn't have slippers in my friend's room, so I went barefoot and asked for it. Why workers are busy
The size of the room is not bad, but furniture that doesn't take into consideration people who use it everywhere, and chairs that make a noise
The peak was taken. After I went out, I couldn't clean at all. But the goods were moved and the tip disappeared. I told you I couldn't clean it, so don't press 'Do not disturb' next to the door. I didn't know there was a way to press it, but I'll deliver it to the cleaning officer. He asked me to bring a towel, and after 30 minutes, they gave me a tip.
The ridiculous story 3 days stayed in the tip of the room was approaching even did not clean. Only then can you use a bar or sparkling wine..Will you use it for tomorrow? I will never use

I gave my girlfriend a weekend in Kameha for her birthday. The hotel looks very good from the outside - the whole thing is confirmed again on the inside. The room was clean and really nice. I liked the spa area and especially the pool. On Friday evening we were given a couple of drinks - delicious cocktails, short waiting times and reasonable prices for the location. In the evening we were in the Rheinalm and my girlfriend even received a small birthday present in the form of a large dessert. A very attentive and nice gesture from the hotel. Finally, a bottle of champagne and fruit ordered to the room for 9 p.m. - at around 9:10 p.m. the order was also delivered to the room. All in all a very nice hotel and a very relaxing stay. Thank you :)

A great evening on the Rhine, with an even better friend.

Since it was we loved the first stay, we wanted to again spend a relaxing, long weekend at Kameha. But this time it was not a **** **** bit relaxing. The pool could not be used and the wellness area it was quite cold. The summit of insolence was but that was played right under our suite unbearably loud music on Saturday night. To 00:00 we would have even bear to 01:00 we then complained. This was an event that would take place every Friday and Saturday at the hotel. 20 minutes later had finally (to the complaint) rest. On departure, we discussed this once again. There was no personal apology by the management. only a coffee and an upgrade we were offered to the next room the next stay. We shall renounce our part but because there are other beautiful wellness hotels in Germany, which certainly do without parties of this kind and are concerned about the welfare of their guests.

Very nice location on the Rhine to me great food and drink. Great for a relaxing evening or a quiet day.

Very nice relaxing hotel that is modern and has everything you want.

Booked a suite and got a dirty room. Smashed mirrors, dirty walls and mold in the bathroom and shower. A lot of Bohai, but where it matters as a business traveler, you fail: service, cleanliness and friendliness. I wanted to use the "at your service number", but always ended up on hold.

Nice atmosphere at Bonner Bogen, interior design extravagant to get used to, in rooms and suites definitely upscale.

Were there for a barbecue. Very delicious. Very large selection of appetizers, main course and dessert. Nice location

Heating was not working in the room. Thier solution for the first night was either a loud heater or pay extra to change to the "suite"

The alpine hut is well suited for celebrations. Eating too heavy, too much meat, could be more sophisticated. Also accessible by public transport ok.

I can not understand many of the reviews I've read. I'm with my son now for the second time Gamescom in Cologne and have stayed both times in the Kameha Grand. Again and again to read, it is not worth 5 stars and the expectations were not met. There is no official classification of the 5-star hotel. So where that comes from, I do not know.
Already on arrival we were very friendly welcomed by the concierge, as in the last year. At the reception everything went smoothly and we got a really nice room.
Everything we used was wonderful. The spa with Rooftoppool and steam sauna, the breakfast restaurant and the lobby cafe. To emphasize here is the extremely nice and smart waitress with glasses, the second day already knew exactly what I and my son would like. What we do not want or need. So the schnitzel came automatically without fries and cranberries but without extra charge with salad; a big beer for me; with the remark "yesterday you have not eaten the fries anyway." just great !!!
All in all, you always notice how it is managed at a hotel; in this case by the hotel manager Mr. Tobias Halama. And that is absolutely true in this case. I can only recommend the hotel, here is true price and performance, even if it is not a five star hotel.
We will definitely be back next year.

Moder and bright. Top staff. The Japanese restaurant is very good and freshly prepared. Competent at a high level. Great roof top pool.

Room service, reception and housekeeping obviously overwhelmed. Queen suite not very clean, large stains on carpet and sofa, full of ashtrays from previous guests, broken sink, including package services not delivered or only after an extra request. Used dishes not cleared even after request. Multiple requests to repair the washbasin necessary, afterwards it continued to drip ...
Spa use is only possible to a very limited extent for 1 person, although it was charged for 3 people.

With all due understanding in Corona times ... If the service cannot be provided, the price should also be adjusted ... The hoped-for "feeling of luxury" did not arise because of the cool, unfriendly atmosphere and the dirt ...

Never again Kameha!

The design hotel par excellence. Bar is great. Wellness area is great. What really bothered us at that time was that no one in the wellness care that many guests with towels block all beach chairs. That annoying, so only 4 stars. Should be urgently regulated.

Perfect location. Hotel has its own style. Rooftop pool with panoramic views. Delicious cocktails at the bar in the foyer. From time to time venue for big parties. One of the best party locations in Bonn.

Nice hotel - bad service
At the beginning of February I booked a superior room (mostly with side view of the Rhine) for the night 04./05.05.19 (Rhein in Flammen) to spend a relaxing sauna evening in the Kameha. I have received a written confirmation that the spa area is open until 10pm. I have called several times to find out if there is again a Rhine in flames Spanacht. After you could tell me no decision, I have asked in writing for an info when it comes to a decision.
At the end of April I got an advertisement mail from the Kameha with the special events to Rhein in flames .... u. a. with the information that the spanacht was booked. My endeavor was with a ".... we are sorry" rejected. Afterwards I got the information that we have to leave the spa area at 18 o'clock.
Since we have booked the night only because of the use of sauna, we could check in at 16 o'clock at the earliest and at 18 o'clock the sauna area should leave again ..... our anticipation was very limited.
The service staff was ONLY sorry!
Only when we addressed our displeasure to the hotel manager, we could participate in the Spanacht.

We got a room not with a side view of the Rhine, but with construction site view (room 365).
At night, at 4 o'clock, 5:30 o'clock and 7:30 o'clock the light in the whole room turned on independently .... which of course us each from the deep sleep tore.

At breakfast in such a hotel we did not expect, that we have to run behind cutlery and clean cups.

Just under 500 for a night with a good night's sleep are too much for these services.

Were over New Year's Eve in Kameha. New Year's Eve buffet was very stylish. Fleischangbot the main course was sold out very quickly, then allowed me to feed on appetizers. But that was not a problem. New Year's Eve party was SUPER. Band, DJ, fireworks just great. Beverage at party was very slow. Breakfast was just great. Above all, you could take this on New Year's Day to 14 clock. We had the junior suite. A dream. Place without end. Unfortunately there are negative points for: Lighting in the room was broken. Even after complaining three times it was not fixed. Toilet door in the suite could not be closed. Unfortunately it was not fixed. TV did not work. Was not a problem. Are there any other things to deal with. At the bar you had to "google" the preparation of the cocktails. Conclusion: Please train staff better, for the price, the performance should be better. I agree with other comments: more appearance than being. Rating rather 2-3 stars.

nice decor, ok food, slow service in restaurant at lunch time, convenient parking

That was the worst party! My husband and I wanted something special this year, as we wanted to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we also got something special - especially bad! Of the three hours we spent yesterday at Kameha, we were 1.1 / 2 of them in line !!! Not that we misunderstand, in the time we only got water once and the second time we wanted to toast champagne while watching fireworks outside. We missed fireworks. The party was terribly organized, the waiters were either not there or they were arbitrarily serving people who were not even there. At twelve, most of them just left, though there were still guests waiting for their drinks, the last two girls were totally overwhelmed. If we had read the reviews, we would have been elsewhere, it is probably the order of the day the guests wait, instead service only gold dust spread. We will never come back and advise our friends not to celebrate anything at Kameha!

Extraordinary architecture and dark design took some getting used to, meanwhile a bit dated, but overall a top hotel with a great location.

Very nice and stylish hotel. I really like to stay there. The service is great. Breakfast is good and the different restaurants offer nice variations.

A nice house with many opportunities to stay. FINALLY FOUND A SMOKING LOUNGE IN BONN. Unfortunately no service in the lounge and tidying up was not. Nice bar and also a stylish and nice non-smoking lounge. Large variety of drinks and spirits. Unfortunately, the time was missing for the meal. We will come back and do that. Excellent congres hotel. Facilities are top. Catering is very good.
Hotelrooms are really beautiful and spacious, but sun oriented rooms get very hot.
Location along the river with a sunny riverside terras is a nice surprise.

Design hotel with small weaknesses but great staff. The first junior suite had several defects. First, a barter in another suite, however, without Rhine view was offered. Of course we refused. In the evening then the exchange in the diva suite. It was nice and stylish with a great direct view of the Rhine. The hammer at the hotel is the rooftop pool. Breakfast was great and great presented. But I'm still not sure if the package justifies the price of the whole thing.

Nice, modern hotel with great spa area and infinity pool. The location is very scenic, but with about 6 km far from the center of Bonn. The TV offer is unworthy of a 5 star hotel, there is not even WDR television in the home country of the Westdeutscher Rundfunk NRW! The attached to the ceiling symbols for the prayer direction Mecca, I think despite all acceptance and tolerance for something unnecessary!
