Excellent hotel, wonderfully located right at the river Rhine, good food, clean and huge rooms, nice service.

Atmosphere of course top. Price performance but bad. Staff seems less motivated compared to other hotels. Would choose another hotel next time.

It was a very nice Cloud 2019 Convention. Good location, great personal and awesome speakers. The food and the service of the hotel was phenomenal.

The only downside was that Son Goku, Trunx, Son Goten and Vegeta were away.

Cleanliness and service was top in all areas during our stay. Always my pleasure.

As a business meeting point a good address. Centrally located in NRW and with an easily accessible garage very comfortable. Good cafe in the entrance area. Highly recommended for talks.

Unfortunately there was no restaurant on Sunday evenings. Also the front desk staff were ever friendly :-(

Da wir oft in Bonn sind haben wir so einige Hotels hinter uns wir sind auch HiltonHonors Kunden und bei dieser Preisklasse gibt weit aus bessere Hotels in Bonn.
Ein Hotel ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen wenn der Gast nicht sonder das Geld an erster Stelle steht.

We wanted for a short stay in Bonn a relaxed, nice and central hotel. The interior is nice, the rooms great prepared but the staff unfortunately not good. Slow, uncooperative and zero service oriented. More appearance than his.

High standard hotel with helpful members of staff, but the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Not very many options around to enjoy a cold Germany beer. You can however easily get a public bus to drop you near the hotel.

We enjoyed a great candlelight dinner at Brasserie Next Level. So good food, very attentive service, price and performance absolutely justified. Our expectations were exceeded. Thank you.

We were there for lunch spontaneously and have decided there for the French bistro as a restaurant. Direct table by the window with a beautiful view of the Rhine and the opposite Rheinaue. The food was fantastic and the service very courteous. We'll be back!

Beautiful designer hotel ... The kitchen is a must ...

Just look at a small espresso at the bar. The decor takes some getting used to, but it's all a matter of taste ...

An impressive design but service and food quality absolutely not worth the money. We were there for a corporate event and received only poor feedback on the food and also the support during the conference was underground. The view, the style and the ambience are really connected with WOW effect but that was it unfortunately. Even the bookkeeping has been linked to some holper stones. Pity about it.

Nice hotel in Bonn right beside the Rhein river. Hotel is really spacious and modern. Service is unfortunately lacking. Lobby bar is characterless, the smoking lounge was similarly poorly serviced without any music.

Location is quite bad if you're using public transport. An OK choice for business travellers arriving with private transport.

Lovely hotel, with large rooms and great spa. Decor is very Chinese. Friendly staff and great breakfast with fantastic selection of food and reasonable prices. If you want a short stay for business, definitely recommended. Room prices were also very reasonable.

If the food of the brunch on 21.07.19 had not been so excellent, it would have minus five stars. The service was mostly miserable. Tables not ready set, staff almost without exception ungeschult and overwhelmed, together with service manager. The storage table for leftovers, dirty dishes etc. was right in our backs without visual and noise protection (despite long term reservation). It was a series of unpleasant events that are not worthy of a house of this category, and destroyed the special frame (80th birthday). On a subsequent email to the hotel there is so far no reaction.

We went to Kameha for Sunday brunch today!
Quality and freshness, as well as presentation of the offered dishes was first class.

Unfortunately I cannot (yet) give 5 stars, because the service and the Corona logistics should be improved a lot.

However, they immediately responded to my feedback and handled the complaint very well. Next time it will be perfect!

Good hotel, large room, very comfortable, breakfast very tasty, slightly off the beaten track but nicely located by the river. Friendly service, swimming pool and saunas included. Road parking.

The sauna area is nice, but Kameha tries to be a grand hotel without paying attention to the details. Cobwebs in corners, fingerprints on the glossy doors, ripped walls, windows that look out onto the freestanding bath, overwhelmed staff. Design is available, quality is not.

We will record our wedding clip here on 23.12.2018 and my sweetheart and I will spend a nice and special night here. We were there today and the hotel was just so nice and modern.

Always a pleasure to stay here! Service is great, staff is professional and friendly. Room are quite unique and super comfortable! Spa is absolutely worth it! Breakfast is great too. Can t wait to go back!
Maybe next time I will try UNiQUO... prices are a bit high but it s supposed to be good.

An interesting hotel, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the in-house restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday. The wellness area is small but ok. The outdoor pool wonderful with the view of the Rhine ... wonderful. Good as a hotel wellness area, but not for real wellness fans.

Very comfortable 5 stars at reasonable price. Well located on the Rhine and close to the city. Modern and neat decoration

Contemporary Hotel, bar and restaurant.. Spacious and transparent at all sides :) Interesting bar with delicious cakes, live music at fridays.. Sometimes I came with my dog which is good to be allowed. You have open space parking as well as indoor garage. I like this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The decor was quirky and fun from the reception to the corridors. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room had comfortable beds and nice showers. Could have done with some more privacy in the shower though- you could see in from the room!

Absolutely gorgeous. Although we only had a few minutes to shoot photos but it is really gigantic and I can only recommend it. Right on the water and so much to look and wonder. From a bar with Swarovski stones to gigantic window fronts. Mega Hotel

It has been my first visit so i can evaluate only one day and night of my stay. Pros is pool and sauna included. Nice view of rhein from a pool. Hotel room wad comfortable with smart home equipment. Although i woild like to have a remote controller to control it. Cons is lack of coffe at breakfast due to caffe machine out of service. And the red collor of corridors is to aggresive to me but its subjective. However I was enjoying :)

Great hotel, fancy, recommended for Instagram photos, very nice and courteous staff in all areas, clean, cleaning staff professional and efficient, delicious food in the various restaurants, great spa area. We will be back!!!

Such a great stay . We were more then surprised to find this hotel so close to Liege / Luik

Couple, 3 days, Jr Suite: after booking you will be "happy" with various upgrade offers; Parking reservation not possible; inappropriately expensive parking garage; Room service inadequate; Pool impressive; Hair dryer defective; find it difficult and annoying when I have to fit into the self-realization craze of architects as a guest; Overall, service + facilities justify the price not at all

Hotel has a great service and very peculiar design. It is not classic at all.

Interior design is something completely different and worth seeing. The rooms are also large and the Cafe von Lavazza tastes good. Points are deducted for the hard-to-close glass toilet door. Parking fee for 20 per night is too expensive. You can park for free at the beta clinic from Saturday to Sunday. Breakfast has a large selection, but hell is going on at the weekend from 9 a.m. and you should keep calm. Both in the wellness area and in the breakfast room we had the feeling that the space did not do justice to the crowds of 265 rooms. All in all, we liked it a lot and we appreciated the location, because it is located directly on the Rhine and you can get to the center with the subway station Ramersdorf.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel and the French brasserie has as much charm as an iceberg

Good high standard hotel. Spacious clean rooms with shower and bathtub. Great comfortable bed. For the first time I see that you can use Chromecast with a TV in the room! The TV is fixed with a swivel hinge, so you can even watch from the bathroom. Thought out, in general, all the details. Located on the banks of the Rhine. There is where to take a walk in the evening. For travelers with children it will be relevant, located on the shore, a good playground. Due to the Crown Crisis, access to the pool and spa is by appointment only. What disappointed was breakfast. Yes, it is tasty, but it is of high quality, but absolutely ordinary, not diverse and faceless. On the second or third day of arrival, it will most likely turn into just a routine meal.

Cool place to chill on nice summer days. You can even make use of the sunbeds they pull out when the sun is shinning.
A bit posh when judging from the people that hang out there, but worth visiting at least once.

The view of the Rhine was very good, the screen was big for football. The mood was good, the drink prices moderate, it was very busy but you could look good from everywhere

Nice hotel with many extras. Unfortunately, my room was dusty and the ventilation did not work properly.
