Kim Nutz is the most impatient and unskilled lawyer I ever hired. I ended up having to go elsewhere as I found her to be completely unskilled and useless as a lawyer from my experience and she has a rude arrogant attitude like I wasted her time when she was the one who wasted my time and took my money and she did nothing.

I would just like to share my excellent experience with Kahane law in my extremely high conflict family law dispute.. I was referred by a good friend to Katrina Prah, after having some serious concerns with prior counsel from another law firm.

Retaining Katrina was the best thing I could of done, she worked extremely hard (including throughout her Christmas holidays), was amazing at returning emails and keeping me informed, and got me properly set up to to ensure I was doing what I needed to do, to get a very favorable outcome. This was a very stressful time in my life and to make things worse we were working against a very difficult co-parent but in the end I'd say we took a win.

I want to thank Jeff Kahane for personally reaching out to me after learning of some concerns we had after working with them to purchase our home.
I was under the impression that they had to send our title to our HOA but after speaking with Jeff he clarified that land titles is not only running behind, but that they typically don't send that off to anyone but the home owner. He pulled our title and emailed me a copy right away.
There was also some miscommunication between the sellers of the house and their lawyers regarding city tax payment, resulting in us being charged a penalty for late payments (payments that were due before we took possession). When I discussed this with Jeff he said that he would look into this further as it seems their paperwork was correct and the sellers were supposed to have paid for the month. Jeff called me back right away to confirm this was the case and is working with the other law office to get us reimbursed.
I did have some issues with phone calls not being returned, but after speaking with Jeff he informed me that our contact there had been on holidays and apologized for any lack of communication on their end.
I am quite impressed with Jeff and his desire to ensure good customer service. I really appreciate his taking the time to clarify some misunderstandings and to help me better grasp what their role is in the process of securing our home.
