We were e-troduced to Jeff a few years ago by a mutual connection, who had referred Jeff Kahane and his firm to us for our then needs.

Jeff was personally involved through the process, which with the exception of one meeting - if I remember correct, and at their office - was all handled via a steady e-mail thread. Simple and efficient.

We recently connected with Jeff once again, for further needs. This time around, Brandy Cousins and Joanne Boyle worked with us; and two efficient meetings - and another steady e-mail thread - later, we had what we required.

Jeff even offered to honor our long-expired returning client certificate - that we had received the first time - and Brandy factored that into the final statement of account. Needless to say, we appreciated the same.
