Worst milk company; Be sure to have a stamp clock and ask the installer to acknowledge his work and write exactly what is done and billable !!! Quite a lot of stuffed around it and we received an invoice of many hours for a smaller assignment. They do not want to hand over time / travel vouchers and now the case has ended in civil court as they have sued us

The agreement was very clear. An installer would be ready Friday morning at. 07:00 to mount the new hob. 07:45 - still no fitter. The main seat is within walking distance of my address - so it's not impressive. Called and was told that the installer was sent urgently to another customer. So much for local artisans :( Fitter came by new agreement, Monday, but only 07.40 even though the agreement was 07.00. Was extremely polite and competent. Can't put anything on the work itself.
