Fantastic experience with them - did some work for them about 10years ago and ended up back working for them over the past 9 months. Brilliant staff, always helpful and generally very good at finding work to match the hours you're after. Would definitely recommend as an agency if you're willing to work!

I've worked 6 years for Blue Arrow..relief chef for 30 years..did 15000 miles last year with them last year..AMAZING team..I've NEVER had a pay issue..wonderful support from Jason, Julie,James and Jess..I really feel a part of the team and can bring any issue forward without fear or prejudice..my advice is work hard at the relationship with your agent,,the rewards are there..but trust is everything,give 100% and you will get 110% from all at the Newcastle Branch...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This was the first time that I have dealt with Blue Arrow and Megan was wonderful, responsive and professional. Megan had a great understanding of the role that I was applying for and seemed genuinely happy for me when I was successful.

I work part time for a telecoms firm and blue arrow have always managed to find me work for the days I m available, even trying various different types of driving which has been great to build up my experience. Easy process to sign up with them and get work. I ve been speaking with Jake at the Newcastle branch who has understood my situation with work/life balance, he also makes it easy to communicate & get paid.

I worked for Blue Arrow for about 8 months on a temporary contract and never had an issue. Jake and the rest of the guys in the office are always available if you need them by phone or e--mail and keep you up to date about what hours are available and when you are scheduled to work. All in all a great experience.

Blue Arrow are a fantastic company to work for. I am doing a back to school project at Tesco at Bishop Auckland Tindale Crescent for 5 weeks and this is my 4th week and I must say I am thoroughly enjoying it. Worked here a little over a year ago i loved working for blue arrow i took pride in my job until i cansled a job working in nissain it was to far from where i live but apart from that i would recomed them to anyone loved working the event but jessica stoped offring me any work after i canceled for nissain

Information about the work on offer always clear and accurate with relevent instructions given.
Seem to try and keep me going to same people so get to know their way of working and get to know them.
Nothing appears to be a problem when I phone in with a question, if they don't have an answer they very quickly get one sorted for me.
Payment for the work prompt and accurate.

This is my wife's iPad so it is in her name but my name is Peter.
I have worked for blue arrow in Newcastle for around 24 years on a part time basis a few days a week, I'm a chef by trade. As with all agency work there is times when it will be quiet but on the most part I am kept busy. In all my years I have only had a couple of problems but these have all been resolved quickly. I find if your time sheet is signed and in by lunch time on Monday your money will be in the bank on Friday. Though I can't comment on other branches I have always found the Newcastle office professional and understanding. I would not have worked there for so long if I was not happy.

Professional and reliable agency. Efficiently run and I was always paid on time. The office in Newcastle is ideally located and easily contactable by phone or email, and my consultant Michelle did an excellent job of keeping me in regular shift work at times which suited me. I would highly recommend for anyone searching for a trustworthy agency to find employment with, they really came through for me when I was in need of work.

(HGV 1Driver) the day I registered with B/A I was working the next and have been ever since, some times 2-3 days but mostly full weeks.
Rachel has been my main contact sometimes Jake and they have always been very helpful, I find all the staff at Newcastle helpful and polite.

out of all the agencies in Newcastle this is the only 1 that has got in touch and gave me work, it started not much but they have started to give me more the more i prove myself, thanks.

Blue Arrow driving agency has been absolutely fantastic. Since gaining my HGV Class 2 licence Blue Arrow have provided me with a wide ranging and regular driving opportunities. Jake, my contact within the office, is always available and goes out of his way to make sure I have up to date information.

Been with Blue Arrow for over a year and never had a problem. Any time I have phoned and not been able to speak to who I needed to, they have always got back to me within a very short time. Very helpful staff at Newcastle office.

I have been working at the Co-op site for a while now, (yeah, it's COLD), supposed to be 8 hour shifts but average 5, nobody cares but they still expect you to be available 7 days a week, just found out that they are taking staff on. AWR 2010~I wish I could do something about this so called "instrument".

Always flexible, good to talk to never really had a major issue apart from sometimes they don't always communicate with each other. Would definitely recommend them though

Phone calls with very little time to prepare, no set shifts, covering as an when on 12 hour shifts for minimum wage, lack of communication or wellbeing for employees!

Just been for interview at Darlington and absolutely disgusted with the could not care less attitude of the 2 Blue Arrow staff and how can you have 2 different personal details and 2 different job descriptions for the same interview? Constructive comments would be much appreciated

Never had a problem with any staff at Newcastle office very good communications.This is the fourth agency i have worked for on this contract and have never had a problem.BEST ONE YET.

Worked from them for about a month now nothing but issues with them , constant pay discrepancy, Donielle seems to think she can talk to people however she wants and likes to try and have a bad attitude towards staff , they also illegally tried to cut down hoilday build up to which there now having to back date across the whole firm, I've had enough and jacked the job in id go as far as saying I regret taking the work in the first place, although the company they let me out to was good and looked after me Shame blue arrow couldn't do or be the same

Joined Blue Arrow 2 years ago as a newly qualified HGV driver, they showed faith in me when other agencies wouldn't give me a chance. Jake and all the Driving Consultants in the Newcastle branch are professional and supportive. Always work available, and will still try to get you work even if your availability is limited due to a secondary job. Never have issues with the pay. Would highly recommend this agency.

Disgusting treatment of workers!

They still owe me a nights pay. I've sent emails and phonecalls, but they've all been ignored, they seem to think I'm gonna forget about a night shift pay! disgrace, when I've got kids to feed!

I started my Blue Arrow journey over two and a half years ago and have never looked back, the Newcastle office is filled with kind and caring people who want to do all they can for their candidates. Blue Arrow offer excellent career progression, market-leading training courses and great perks for both permanent and temporary staff.

Can't fault blue arrow in anyway, always paid on time, Megan did her best to get me as much work as possible. If i ever find myself out of work in the future blue arrow will be my first port of call. Going to miss my weekly chats with Megan too, she makes you feel like you're than just another name on the books

Been with the blue arrow team up on Teeside since 2017 on and off and can I say what fantastic human beings they are. Joanna and her team have always accommodated me especially in the last 2 years which have been the most awful times in my personal life. They have supported me through thick and thin and I hope as I'm now back looking for work they can Find me suitable employment with them in the Darlington area once again. got the work 3 months turned for work one sunday morning got told by a team leader they where letting me go they had no work but now blue arrow taking new agency staff at same place I would not recommend noboby going with blue arrow also got rid old agency staff and took new for the same job so they did not have paid full rate of paid after your 3 months at Newcastle branch
