They worst Kmart I have ever been in in my life, the employees have awful customer service skills, had a problem requested to talk to the manager she never came out to talk to me, she just kept call the Service desk and talked to the employee.

They have great prices and one of the few remaining kmarts left.

Where do I start??? I went there today, to make a purchase and use my reward points. I went to Checkout and the Cashier was a Sweetheart.!! She tried to enter my reward information. For some unknown reason, it would not deduct my reward points from the purchase, even though the rewards show up on my account, according to the Cashier. She seeked assistance, from the (so-called) Store Manager.....The Manager informed me, that I should purchase an additional item and MAYBE the rewards would work, because they ve had recent problems with the rewards system. I refused to do that. According to the rewards program, I had more than met the minimum requirements, for the rewards to kick-in. The Manager stated, that I need to call the number on the back of my rewards card, to get this resolved. I requested the Manager to do a over-ride and deduct my rewards from the purchase price. In the past, the Manager would do that. This POS Manager said I can t do that ..!!! The reality is, she DID NOT WANT to do it, for ME.!!! I m a Caucasian Male and she s NOT.!! Obviously, I wasn t HER type of person, if you understand what I m saying... I called her a WEAK Manager and left. I drove to Big Lots, on 11 Mile & Dequindre and made some purchases. Kmarts loss, Big Lots, gain. When I called the Rewards Card, they apologized for the inconsiderate Manager at Krapmart.!! The store selection, is horrible. It s a ghost town and a real p@@ph@le.!!!. If they last out the year, I ll be surprised.!! Stay away from there and let the natural selection, take place.

Long lines and limited grocery section, limited gaming inventory.

Out of stock, very outdated and dirty. I m very disappointed with Kmart, I hate how they had to go out of business but, I can see why they did now. I came to this location to relive memories of going to Kmart as a kid but it was not the same.

I think Kmart is okay and I was able to find all the things that I need

For the first time EVER I got in line without waiting a year. It's always a wait long wait cashiers are slow and the computer was slow as usual, but I walk up no one in line me and my sister. That's a first I hate Kmart, and yet I still go every now and then store always junkie , not inviting to me. Prices are to high for a low end store. I'll stop here.

Staff has really went down hill, shame because i love the store, wont be around much longer relic of all of us locals childhood!!! R.I.P

I'ts anice place to shop. Prices are decent. I love it because it has a nice public restroom.

Store isn't what it use to be. Not much of a selection. And not much in the Xmas decorations even at beginning of season. Slim pickings all the way around.

What an obnoxious staff. Two were in the front watching one clerk ring in people. There were a total of 12 people in the store. How can you be rude when you have NO customers???? One of the ones up front said, "how can they all come at once?" You only had TWO PEOPLE IN LINE. The lady ringing was rude, unfriendly and just needs to retire (again). This is one of 3 Kmarts. The question is why even bother?

Big Kmart, good collection, well kept. The staffs are pretty cool as well. Wonder how is this big place managed and why people run to Walmart when Kmart is around. Extremely satisfied during all my visits.

Customer service......oh my I waited 2 hours just to find out my online order was only partially able to be fulfilled. I received notifications of my order being ready. I asked for curbside pick up I would be still sitting in my cae today if not for going in to see my order was only partially ready. I wont say they didn't try to help but somebody along the way is dropping the ball. Also I'm handicapped all the motor carts batteries were dead and the chairs abandoned throughout the store. Im still waiting on my order....oh and i purchased dressers i was told they would be assembled. I mean who really knows how to assemble a dresser. Omg

I went to a Kmart for the first time in years today, when I went to check out there were only 2 cashiers. I got into the shorter line, and stood there for 40 minutes. The patron in front of me got into an argument with both the cashier and the store manager, Cindy, when they refused to give her the advertised deal of but one get one free because it did not ring up properly. I was in a rush to get out of there by the time I was up to pay. I grabbed all of my things, payed, and started walking to the door. I looked at my receipt and realized that there were 3 items on there that I was overcharged for, a total of $18. When I tried to bring it up to someone, I was directed to the customer service desk with another line of probably 15 people. I left because standing around for another 45 minutes over $20 seemed too tedious and I was already heated. I am absolutely disgusted by the terrible levels of customer service and will never return to any Kmart or sears after today's experience. I feel robbed of both my time and money and there is no way that this incompetence should be allowed.

Prices ok, store dirty, very little stock on shelves, service not so good

I'm very disappointed in this Kmart. I had forgot to use a coupon the day before. And went to the service desk to ask if they could just adjust the bill(witch they did the same about a month ago for me). I totally understand its was an inconvenience..but I'm not perfect. The line was long and the lady at jewelry said she would take me..I was happy..she was very nice but I forgot to give her my coupon. So when I went in there today at the service desk..the lady was rude...and said, well no because she would have to do a return. I just simply said ok then went and found a shirt for $7 and use my coupon at the register. My point to this is I know the service desk could of just adjusted my bill, but she didn't want to. Its ashamed that people don't want to do there job. Good luck!

Ordered a generator online last week for instore pickup, when I got there they didn't even have it in stock even though the website said they had 2. It's a process to cancel the order as brick and mortar store is apparently a separate entity from the online division. It's been a week and I still haven't been refunded my money, I called today to get an update and the customer service agent told me that they had no record of me paying for it, even though it shows me canceling it. Now they have to launch an investigation to get my money back which is going to take another 3-5 business days. With Costumer treatment such as this, it's not hard to see why Kmart is failing as a corporation. My advice people, spend your money with a company who actually runs their business professionally. This experience is a total nightmare

Beware Kmart shoppers gift card expired before not even month after they send me and consumer service don't even bother to send another one Never coming back to this dirty place again Shame

The cashier was rude and nasty Idk who she thought she talking to,but obviously she couldn't tell I was an adult & not a child

Friendly employee's and find what I'm looking for. Well among things i didn't come for.

The staff has gone downhill lately, but the store is clean and you can usually find some good bargains.

A bit ghetto, but at lease the place isn't on fire.

Lines slow, not all cashier lines open. Need more help. Still love k mart. Need to stay in the community.

Well a few memories if working there a few times, buying luggage and following the blue light specials light around when they announced sales location in store. Famous sourcing and sales circulars.

The place is ok . the products not that quality any more . the costomer service not that great . place is cold in the winter .place messy sometimes . the points you should get on marchandise. Coming from expensive items being sold so you almost not getting real points .any way its only Kmart availble around metro detriot now

I went to this Kmart today and it was pretty bad I really wanted to like the store since I drove an hour to it to relive the glory days of Kmart but it was very very run down to the point of I wouldn t want to walk in the parking lot by myself .... the we re low on everything I felt like I was being watched and followed the whole time I didn t really want to buy anything but a man was very intimidating throughout the store following me he didn t look like and employee it was kind of scary so I bought my stuff and left I don t plan on going back ... ladies I wouldn t go alone that man that followed me .... he really followed me till I lost him on the highway don t go alone !!!

Very dissatisfied will never shop at this location again

Rude workers, very unhelpful, and a very messy store to shop at.

This is NOT the Kmart's I remember it was small and no service help and there prices are very high

Not necessarily a 5-star shopping experience...but this one makes the grade for just being open still! Its business as usual--expect your typical KMart experience
