I'm very disappointed in this Kmart. I had forgot ...

I'm very disappointed in this Kmart. I had forgot to use a coupon the day before. And went to the service desk to ask if they could just adjust the bill(witch they did the same about a month ago for me). I totally understand its was an inconvenience..but I'm not perfect. The line was long and the lady at jewelry said she would take me..I was happy..she was very nice but I forgot to give her my coupon. So when I went in there today at the service desk..the lady was rude...and said, well no because she would have to do a return. I just simply said ok then went and found a shirt for $7 and use my coupon at the register. My point to this is I know the service desk could of just adjusted my bill, but she didn't want to. Its ashamed that people don't want to do there job. Good luck!
