Ordered a generator online last week for instore pickup, when I got there they didn't even have it in stock even though the website said they had 2. It's a process to cancel the order as brick and mortar store is apparently a separate entity from the online division. It's been a week and I still haven't been refunded my money, I called today to get an update and the customer service agent told me that they had no record of me paying for it, even though it shows me canceling it. Now they have to launch an investigation to get my money back which is going to take another 3-5 business days. With Costumer treatment such as this, it's not hard to see why Kmart is failing as a corporation. My advice people, spend your money with a company who actually runs their business professionally. This experience is a total nightmare
