We went there with a 6 month old
To their emergency.they shifted us to d their so called intensive care.they didnt even have any paediatrician available,
Without our intentions to get admitted.
Nobody came to see d child for next 3 hours untill his condition became worse,
We jst ran from ths hospital.
On asking their docs they were showing attitude
As if they r givin d service for free.they are just to make money here
They will wait for ur loved ones to get more in trble.then they wl make money out of them

But but but , its very very EXPENSIVE,
If you re poor or in lower middle class you can barely "afford" the hospital , therefore switching to a cheaper or government funded hospital. NO OFFENSE

Kalra hospital is known for care with human touch due to his owner Dr. R. N. Kalra (MD & CEO) and his best doctors.

The worst hospital ..ever you can actually be write an essay on their money mided brains and unethical behavior ! The doctors here will scare you to keep the patient admitted and the reports are never on time ! Per my knowledge SGOT/PT liver test if it's 23 it's normal but as per their docs its very high and CT scan needs to be done.
They will do all unwanted tests to make money don't go to this hospital specially in Dwarka mor .

Whenever we require any treatment for my family and myself, every time we like to go to Kalra Hopsital only because they treated us like a family. This relation continuing from last 10 years.

Doctors and all other staff are very cooperative except some of their nursing staff

I was came here with my relative for his treatment and just got awesome services through staff specialy cleanliness of campus and interacted with Sandeep who is Manager here very good attitude and positivness.

Worst hospital ever. Never go to this hospital. Too expensive and if you have private policy, they will still charge you to submit 10,000 rupees for security but they will never return back and ask more money. I was admitted for dengue. I have policy of 2.5 lac but they charge 1.66 lac to insurance company after this they force me to pay 7000 extra after too much negotiation unnecessarily.

My experience has been wonderful and overwhelming with respect to treatment as well as the encouraging behaviour of kalra Hospital staff.

I was admitted as a ECHS panel patient on 14-05-2019 & discharged on 15-05-2019 but when I got the discharged summary which was shown the admission date was 10-05-2019 & discharged date was 15-05-2019. It is a totally fraud with the panel patient. In my referral form there was written admission & treatment but after my operation done on 14-05-2019 they did not given any next dressing also.
On 14-05-2019 there was 16 patient in recovery ward but only one sister was on duty. As per criteria how she can manage it. I am also medical person. I did not seen such type worst hospital. Please I request to all panel patient to observe such type hospital.

In my view this hospital is not able to got a single star but sympathetically, I am giving one star.

This is not hospital, it's an hotel. Very unethical persons. Govt should cancel their license. Such type of people never get satisfaction in their life. They are theif. Would recommend not to go this hospital ever.

If patient referred from govt. Hospital in kalra hospital kirti nagar. Hospital staff's behavior very bad and in {ICU} they don't give bed to patient they give folding ( )
I told icu nurse please provide bed to patient and she said all bed are reserved for special patient. (5 bed are vacant).
If patient came any panel like- ESIC, REFERRED FROM GOVT. HOSPITAL,NDMC,MCD etc. They treat like beggar. They give priority to cash paid patient.
They are not running hospital they running club if you have money in cash they'll give you first class treatment. No any doctor's visit in icu.

Staff at this hospital are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional.
The building is well maintained and clean, with individual rooms very comfortable.
The care is of a very high standard with all the Doctors more than competent and thorough.

I will not recommend this hospital (Kalra Hospital), If you are under the CGHS cash panelled. Because they are happy for getting cash money instantly.

This hospital only for remove the money from patient pockets by creating the fear among the patient relatives. Drs. are not tell you any diagnosis but they are definitely tell you the risks, so that patient will be returning to earn more and more money. Finally they will leave the patient on same condition.

i got my mother admitted in Kalra Hospital when she was sick. The treatment provided by the Doctar's Team is realy good. The facilities of this hospital is excellent if you compare with other hospital.

I've been twice here. Have mixed reviews and so the rating. The reception staff is polite which is good. However the doctor's consultation is quite confusing. Doctor Kalra visits every patient and suggest the treatment which other doctors heed to.

Sometimes there's a conflicting treatment when two different doctors see a same patient in ICU

The most incredible thing about Miracles is that they HAPPEN.Something similar happened to my father who was admitted to Kalra Hospital for an angioplasty with 2 major blockages which later worsen to PCI.His condition was so critical that the best of the doctors showed reluctance to attend and treat him.Then there came the magical man"Dr.Ankur Kalra" into picture who not only treated my father and gave a breath of relief to my family but also proved and justified his magical expertise .

This hospital as per my knowledge and experience of several friends and relatives is quite competent to treat all types of serious ailments with the help of very experienced team of Professional Doctors. They have very clean environment, cooperative and courteous staff to give best care, easily accessible location, ample parking space. Treatment though is costly but keeping in mind all other benefits becomes reasonable.
