Cleanliness and hygiene of hospital is very attractive where every patient can feel relax and improve himself, very caring staff of housekeeping and hard working too. Mr. Sandeep Kumar Manager of department very genuine and experienced person.Thanks to all you guys.

It's my 1st visit in this hospital, according to my experience. It's too good , good treatment, and very good doctor's

My relative was admitted with cardiac arrest on 22/04/2013. He had some pain in the chest and was able to walk and talk normally. He had enough time to go to big hospital like escorts. But emergency staff at Kalra hospital forced him to laid down by 6 people and applied an injection which was not required at that time (as we came to know after taki8ng him to Escorts). We never came to know what happened to him after that and the Doctor on duty and the owner of the hospital Dr Kalra also told us the only option was left to pray to God. When I personally met Dr Kalra, he repetitively told me in a rude way that we have brought the patient too late and he will not be able to do anything and you wait and watch. Dr on duty Dr Anil Kumar told me that there was no hope for the patient and patient may not be able to see the next morning. I was fed up and very much upset with their attitude and decided to shift the patient to the fortis escorts hospital. On our decision for shifting the patient doctor on duty Dr Anil Kumar had literally abused me in the night at 2 O clock when I went to the ICU to know the status of the patient. Somehow, morning came and we shifted the patient to the fortis escorts. Now the patient is very well and normal. Thanks to Fortis Escorts staff and Doctors. One more thing, our patient stayed in the Kalra hospital for only 24 hours and they charged us INR 1,63,000.00 and INR 35,000.00 for the medicines means total of INR 1,98,000.00. In my view they are licensed thief, looting to innocent people in the nearby area. It is again marked a question how our authorities are permitting these type of hospitals to run the facilities for which they are not perfect and playing with the lives of patients. If any one can stop these type of GUNDA's operating in the cover of hospital. Soon, I am going to bring this case in media and all Govt agencies and in the Court. Never advise anyone to go there.

Excellent service and care from check in to discharge.The whole experience was one of the most professional we have ever encountered.
The hospital is also spotlessly clean and all staff are very friendly and polite.

Worst experience ! My mother was admited here ! Staff is extremely rude ! Specially few nurses ! They are untrained, careless and unprofessional! Zero marks for facilities ! They don't even have basic facilities like water dispenser ! Condition of toilets are just like condition of toilets in dhaba's on highway ! Bedsheets were dirty like they have never changed it ! Charges of rooms are extremely high as compare to facilities they are providing! Unnecessary charges were imposed ! I even saw a lizard under patient's bed! When I informed the staff about it , they were not responding ! After 15 mins sweper came and did the needful ! They are earning in lacs per day ! They should invest on their property and should hire better/trained staff !

A place where you reach for your treatment just feel calm and relax very good staff and their behavior and very well maintained cleanliness which is most important part of hygiene and Mr. Sandeep who is heading the housekeeping very professional I talked him personally and I feel I am on right place. Hospital services are so bad, they don't have a proper treatment & doctors, my mother was admitted in this hospital and after 4 days my mother died. They know maximum casuality in corona are due to heart problems and they don't have proper heart treatment in covid ward.

Be very careful. This hospital seems to be fraud and very scared of people. I was asked to come to the hospital for consulting the physician and when I reached the security told you can't go to the hospital and you need to go the clinic of some other doctor.

I am fully satisfied with all the facilities of kalra hospital.i'm thankful to dr. Aryan kalra sir and dr. Sunny chopra sir, who gave me new life by giving a smooth leg treatment.My surgery was of spine and held very smoothly even i feel no pain while treatment. All the doctors nurses food supplier and all another staff are very good in nature i never felt any problem with all the facilities of this hospital .In my view this the best hospital and i'll suggest every ill people to visit here

Good hygiene maintained by housekeeping team and Mr. Sandeep Kumar is very honest and punctual toward his work .

Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude.
A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable.
Staff not keeping patients well informed.
Inadequate response to requests or complaints.
Long waits before or between appointments, including delays in being moved between different departments.

Unbelievable experience, very expensive.Will ask you to do this test that test and tests..tests. Can you imagine a hospital where a patient's report is lost. I got my platelets test done at Kalra. When next day I reach to collect reports, lab person said ask at reception we don't have, when I asked at reception they said ask in lab we don't have. Moreover when I asked to send my reports on my mail id , they just sent a word file. I mean are you serious? This is how you send a report. From a doctor you expect that he should have atleast an idea about what may be the problem but when I asked he was clueless and just wrote get malaria, typhoid,liver test and many more...test. Height man seriously height..

I got my mother-in-law admitted in kalra hospital when she was very sick. My mother was treated under the expert guidance of Dr. R.N. Kalra. The hospital is an excellent place with ultra claen environment and have very experienced and dedicated staff who treat patients with a human touch.

My Uncle was recently inpatient twice during the past month. I would just like to say that the staff at your hospital is wonderful! Everyone who was involved in my uncle care - the doctors, nurses, food service and housekeeping made my uncle stay as comfortable and as enjoyable!

We received very good service for my mother at this hospital. Special thanks goes to Dr R.N. Kalra, Dr Amarjeet, and Dr Sunil Gupta for their excellent patient care delivery and cooperation. I also want to thank Dr Ankur Kalra for assisting me with the bill payments by making the process easy and convenient. I want to acknowledge their physiotherapy team for getting my 76 years old mother get back on her feet and nursing department for showing loving and tender care. May God bless you all.

Beware of the recent covid-19 neglect that they showed. Two nurses have been killed by the hospital authorities because they provided used PPE kits to them. Videos have been made viral about their stupidity and negligence on Facebook.
Beware of them.

Just another Money minded hospital. Even after keeping patient for 18 days in ICU. No proper care has been provided and due to which patients bed sores also increased. The staff is highly untrained and very unprofessional. One of the reception staff named Manju told us to pay double charge for room within 24 hours. Even upon asking for the receipt she denied and said that we need to pay only cash and than too without receipt. She was highly arrogant, unprofessional and unethical. They take advantage of the situation of patients and just focus on extracting money like anything form you.

On the other hand, Dr. Kalra has been really helpful and he is a great doctor but his staff should really look after patients and be ethical.
