I was admitted as a ECHS panel patient on 14-05-20...

I was admitted as a ECHS panel patient on 14-05-2019 & discharged on 15-05-2019 but when I got the discharged summary which was shown the admission date was 10-05-2019 & discharged date was 15-05-2019. It is a totally fraud with the panel patient. In my referral form there was written admission & treatment but after my operation done on 14-05-2019 they did not given any next dressing also.
On 14-05-2019 there was 16 patient in recovery ward but only one sister was on duty. As per criteria how she can manage it. I am also medical person. I did not seen such type worst hospital. Please I request to all panel patient to observe such type hospital.

In my view this hospital is not able to got a single star but sympathetically, I am giving one star.
