This hospital deserves no stars. We admitted our mother for a small procedure of Peg tube insertion. My mother was suffering from MND (motor neuron disease) and the doctor without realizing the kind of disease and without consulting us before operation, started the procedure of surgery. Considering her condition due to already running disease she could not tolerate the procedure and started having breathing issue. After consulting the doctors, we realized that they didn't even know that she was suffering from MND where breathing muscles are not so strong to bear the surgery. They should have discussed with us before carrying out the procedure. The doctors then put her on ventilator for 5 days and ultimately she died.

It was pure negligence by the doctor. The main doctor involved was Dr. M. Bhagat.

Beware of this doctor in your lifetime.

I would not recommend to even look at this hospital for any small surgery.

I got my mother admitted in Kalra Hospital, when she was very sick. My mother was checked under the expert guidance of Dr. R.N. Kalra. The hospital is an excellent place with an ultra clean environment and have very experienced and dedicated staff who treat patients with a human touch. i am very thankful to Dr. R.N. Kalra Hospital is very good hospital and very nice staffs and all are supportive housekeeping is very good hygiene lable is very high I was met to head of housekeeping Mr.Sandeep Kumar his behaviour and cammond over the work was significant.

Such a respectable profession and it is screwed by this hospital. Clueless about what is going on with the patient and just taking people's trust for granted. Stay away from this hospital if you care for your loved ones.

Admitted in this hospital, got to meet best doctors but at the same time worst and careless mediclaim department. Nurse will never listen to you, they will be doing whatever they think is right. Even if you ask several times to talk to doctor they will never let you talk to the doctor.
No proper or timely room service like water, blankets, towels or bath kit. You have to ask for atleast four to five times to get anything.
Only the doctors are good. And owner Dr .Kalra is the best man.

very bad experience.. these are people only making money.. not giving proper treatment.. before going to this hospital things one and take your decision.. all the DR is giving wrong advise and trying to cheat you and till end they will pull all money from your pocket..

They take journal patient in ICU just because of making more money....

Note: mostly panel patients unnecessarily they take in ICU for making of more money

Avoid kalra hospital if you can!
They will charge you like hell and medical claim department is useless less they will create bill that you will end of paying more and more, it takes atleast one day to discharge a patient.
The moment they will know that you are a mediclaim patient, they will make every possibility of making you hospitalized. Further, they order medicines in bulk for the patient and nurse will take half of the medicine with them for their internal purposes and charging the cost from patient. I have several videos showing nurse taking medicines from the drawer in bulk.

Further, doctors will keep on experimenting on patient with different medicines.

I was admitted in kalra hospital for Gastro specialist and i kept on for specialist for 3 days continuously but they did not send the specialist and kept on experimenting.

Dr kalra is only running a business there in lieu of hospital.

Dr Kalra have a 5 feet bouncer, who insult people in public for the money. He is a recovery agent, who insult you for 10k. His name is TARUN uneducated, illetrate, abusive. Dr kalra you should remove these type of people from your hospital which is ruining your reportation.
He was insulting my mother infront of me, so rude , i would have slapped him. But it was our decency. There is a way of asking for money but his way is not tolerable.

First time i watched ankur arora murder case.i thought its not evrywhre.but when u visit hospitals like Kalra.u will se d reality.how low d doctor's profession has gone.people wd low marks and quota are taking loans and then to repay they are doing frauds in such kind of hospitals.had a pathetic and horrifying experience here.left d hospital wd one year old in 3 hour only.and with a bill arnd 15k.left coz i knew they are to make him more sick nothing else.

As per my knowledge it's too good hospital, for best treatment.
