The snack is ASIK.
The food is TOP.
The Conference Room is COOL.

The best hotel ever in my life. Once you enter the building, you will be offered a ginger tea and you can hear nice music. Rooms are sooo nice. It is hard to describe how amazing foods are. Please try freshly squeezed juice.

Nice hotel, only there on attending an event...maybe next time, I would try to book a room in here...

Still too complicated, when it comes to security matters

This the 5star hotel with excellent food, room, and hospitality.

I have never stayed at this hotel but for the front view of this hotel it seems normal but after entering it is indeed different from friendly and polite staff to security. Continue to increase again. Bravo for JW hotels. Marriott

Favorite restaurant for eating is syailendra. Prices are relatively affordable because there is a promo buy 1 get 1 credit card. The menu is varied and appropriate for 5 star hotels. Service is okay too.

The price is too pricey. There are still a lot of good, cheap can eat

There's no doubt that a 5 stars hotel like JW Marriott always deliver their best. In terms of services, they won't hesitate to go extra miles like celebrating (even planning) my friend's birthday

The staff is so friendly. Security in this hotel is incredible tight. Should try Sailendra buffet and if you like Japanese food you should try Azuka. The taste is so authentic

Fruit also various kinds
Not just cut fruit, can I have fresh juice too

We have lunch at Sailendra, A lot of food variant and the staff is so kind

Bad breakfast, less varities food and the taste was awful.
Eventhough the rooms were nice and neat.
I rented 3 rooms then.
Unfortunetaley 1 room was not fresh
