Comfortable place. The room looks old (old fashioned), the lighting is lacking and we had a light outage. The swimming pool is small. For cleanliness, breakfast etc is OK ..

A truly luxurious hotel. Just come to attend the event at the 2nd floor ballroom. The service is super good, satisfying, the bathroom is clean, the sound system is good, the food is also good. Steady.
Really a luxurious and quality hotel. It's easy anytime you can stay here.

Excellent range of dish variety, but servant at sailendra restaurant is below expectation

Visit here for christmast and new year dinner, many kind of food but for taste is so so. To crowded because many compay booked the restaurant for employer gathering.

The buffet lunch at Marriot perhaps can be a good option if you would like to have lunch around Mega Kuningan district. They have quite various menu and option from the appetizer, main course and dessert. Their service also ok. For me I prefer more on their dessert option compare the main course. But overall ok with the service and their ambience.

The name of the hotel is inspired by the name of the legendary teraphist from South Sukabumi: Ma Erot.

JW Marriot Kuningan Hotel - Jakarta, to be exact Pearl Ballroom 2 with a capacity of approximately 400 people, this place was the choice where the company where I worked held an event involving several related parties. For fast and responsive service only because at that time many people used facilities for committee rooms were limited. The food is quite tasty with a choice of western or traditional according to the order. Security is very controlled and the staff is very professional to help with all your heart. Okay

Very nice luxurious hotel accommodations at a fair price. Much more reasonable than the Ritz-Carlton. Located in South Jakarta, this hotel offers award-winning dining options inside, and numerous other choices within a very short walk. I have stayed here twice, and am always impressed by this JW. It has won awards for the best business hotel in Asia-Pacific as recently as 2018.

Love this hotel. Strategic place in the middle of the city. Where can you go anywhere?

The air conditioner is cold, the officers are all friendly

Now, security checks when entering the hotel gate are very strict, there are additional sniffer dogs, check car dashboards, x & ray and metal detectors.

Lunch at Syailendra Restaurant is counted as a very complete menu and the taste of Japanese cuisine is truly distinctive.

Spent 2 nights in here, and this place proves it's 5 stars hotel quality. Nice services and friendly and helpful staffs. Food is good but unfortunately the breakfast option in this pandemic time is really limited. The facilities are closed also so i cant try it. But overall it is a perfect place to have a short staycation in this pandemic time.

The lobby is spacious, the staff are friendly and professional

Come when the training event, fun, comfortable, the dishes are quite interesting but the matter of taste for the main course is a little less flavored, but for the appetizer and dessert are delicious. We will wait for another training next time

I thought their customer service deserved 5 stars but rooms and bathrooms are starting to get a little tired. Bed was comfortable, had a good night s rest.

Lodging places that can also be used for weddings or other formal events are in the Mega Kuningan area of South Jakarta.

5 star hotel with big room and great f&b .. to bad AC on lobby feel lilt bit hot... can not pay parking fee with e money or flazz... still cash

Fantastic, staff are super friendly and helpful, very comfortable accommodation, lots of restaurants to choose from and only a short walk to some other great restaurants. Really nice rooms and excellent service.
