So sad, the experience very uncomfortable of these covid-19 protocols, and the worst is I cannot imagine for how long these good 5 stars hotels can keep their operational running while the guests is very limited.
No one at lobby, only security guard and no AC. Hot and not convenience even just to meet friends who want to meet us.
None of restaurants and coffee shop are allowed by Jakarta Governor to open and dine in.
But appreciate all the hard work hotel staffs to keep follow the protocols and convince all the hotel guests

Honesty the place was great the security was good and secure too, but one thing I notice when I was in lobby, wedding hall and room you ceiling was dirty and the repainting was done poorly, did I mention is when the rain falls down the entire room so noisy make it harder to sleep, but after all it'a good the food was tasty too the service amazing, parking car was not too expensive too

A famous hotel located at a famous place in Jakarta. Cozy spacey rooms. The building itself is built on a "not-to-big" land. Especially the ballroom is not a prefered choice for weddings etc. The size of the ballroom is quite small compared to ritz or mulia. But the foods are delicous LOL

As a hotel that once held the status as one of the most exclusive hotels in Indonesia, its appearance is now quite apprehensive. Many small details seem to have been missed from maintenance, such as the condition of the lift from the parking lot to the lobby which is hot and looks dirty (not to mention the size is too narrow for a 5-star hotel, but it is certainly difficult to fix) The carpet from the lobby to the ballroom also seems to be no longer in prime condition.
If it is not fixed immediately, this hotel may be displaced from the main choice of people who want 5-star accommodation.

I have been deceived where the sales person said that with the promotion I could come with another 2 adults and 2 kids at the price of IDR 1 million net. I have agreed to paid in advance and asked an account number for me to send the payment but no reply by the Sailendra sales person on the account in fact there is no indication at all that I have to pay so I thought I could pay after we have our lunch. Even they sent me the reservation showing me I have been reserved but still no account or payment being asked. Surprisingly after we have our lunch we been asked to pay a normal price without any promotion and when the sales person came she just said that since I have not paid in advance there is no promotion while I have been asking for the payment account before. I have the whatsapp chat to prove it. This incident makes me feel that I have been trapped to come and with a promise of a promotion but by the end of the meal normal price has been charged and we cannot do anything since we already had the lunch. If we know that the promotion is not on the table we would have been okay with the price since it is not too far away from the promotion price, but we have been promised the promotion in the first place so we kind of hoping for it. Hope this email could be an eye opener towards your sales process so that not much other people would be disappointed toward your restaurant and hotel.
