There have been frequent Fullday meetings here since before the COVID-19 pandemic. If it is not a pandemic, you can eat it at the Sailendra Resto, which has delicious and many food choices. Since COVID-19, food is usually stored but it's still delicious. One of the hotels that applies health protocol. Been to his room also when a friend was staying, okay and my friend told me that the hotel remembers what chocolate he likes and is always available in his room if he happens to be staying at the Marriott. Plus during the Mid Autumn Festival the hotel sells delicious Premium Mooncakes with good packing.

great 5 star hotel, nice staff. spacious bathroom but i feel a bit uncomfortable when using shower because it is very close to the wall. i had a fullday meeting here. unfortunately their snacks for coffee break kinda boring, only pastry and something salty but in yellow colour like pastry. i wish i could find something colourful like traditional Indonesian dessert. but i fully understand this hotel guests are mostly foreigners so they just adjust the menu to fullfill what their guests needed. I love infused water they provided for our meeting. Indian foods are available in breakfast, but i prefer sushi.

Break fast together here. for the food, the appearance is okay, but whether this food or the wrong tongue, the problem is not suitable with the taste of the food.

Great security measures. Well lit and very spacious lifts and lobby, they had an incredible Japanese musical performer so when you get into the lobby you can't resist to watch him for a moment plus be entertained altogether.

Best hotel in Jakarta hands down. Awesome customer service, awesome staff (some knew/call you by your name), awesome executive lounge and the breakfast buffet had plenty of international option (Korean, mid-eastern, western and local Indonesian choices). Aeyeong was also professional. Will definitely be staying in Marriott if I visit Jakarta again.

Loved my stay here during Jakarta. The dinner buffet was superb. great spread with some local cusines. They had a offer on Monday for wearing white. Buffet was at 50 % off that day. The lobby was getting ready for Christmas. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

This hotel has quite a lot of parking, because there isn't much. Especially if there is a wedding event, ready to look for parking. The food at this hotel is champion.

Extraordinary service and very professional staff. But I couldn t give 5 stars because the furniture is old and the entrance of the hotel is very weird. I think they need to renovate as soon as possible it is really a bad idea I stayed there for 4 nights I never saw a person using those poor seatings on that very huge outdoor dead area. Also the club lounge despite the breathtaking views and friendly staff it needs to renew the furniture. On the other hand, I like the bar on the lobby floor, they have good cocktails and live bands. Having shisha in this bar is a very strong point. I don t want to talk about the cockroach that I found in my room since they honestly handled the issue very quickly and professionally.

Really great service and a welcome that made me feel at home.

The checks when we get in the car, are tight. Security officers up to three people. Equipped with a dog. The engine cover and the trunk of the car are checked by opening it. Also examined under the car with a mirror. The car door opened. Everything was done in a friendly manner. I went to this hotel for a wedding reception during the covid-19 pandemic. The guests' names have been noted before. Mandatory mask when entering and body temperature measured. The distance when sitting is adjusted. Enter the room you have to wear a mask and again ask for the name. Each person has been assigned a seat. Standard service according to its class.

Lovely staff. Very good food. Beautiful room and very quiet but smelled a little cigarette (can be the smell of the carpet full?). Just missing a protected rain area next to the pool. Great gym.

The entrance from security checkpoint is quite far to the lobby hotel

Nice rooms, good breakfast buffet. For lunch you can choose between buffet and a la carte which offers Asian and Western dishes as well. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. The gym has all you need, several machines, several running belts and a wight lifting bench as well. The pool area could be a bit larger, but it wasn't overloaded of people and therefore good enough.

On 19/10 at 20.15 the hotel lobby elevator to the car park didn't work. So you have to use the emergency stairs.

It mah create serieus reviewer aja deh ... In short perfect for ya reputation as a five-star hotel. The MICE service is OK. Sorry can not love the reviews her room, because not strong bayarnya! Huhuhuhi ...
