The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and responsible.

Excellent Service. Tight security, an airport scanner at entrance due.

Hotel is in a centralized location with great access to nearby restaurants and malls. The hotel itself is excellent. Rooms are well furnished, adequately sized (for a single/double room), well maintained and cleaned. WiFi connectivity throughout is very fast. Service is top notch. Hotel staff are highly professional, courteous, and you always get the sense that they are genuinely helpful and invested in making your stay a positive one. Highly recommended first stay and would definitely love to stay here on future visits to Jakarta.

I ordered for 2 days but in fact I only stayed 1 day because our baby cried all night and continued until morning. So we decided to go home the next day. Even so, I already felt staying at JW Marriot Jakarta. The impression I get is that the hospitality of the employees is really champion. You can feel it when you get out of the car until you check out of the hotel. I felt the same way when I had breakfast at Syailendra Restaurant. The breakfast was also a champion. Continue to order a birthday cake for my birthday.
What needs to be improved is the old hotel room facilities, especially the drainage in the bathtub. Already called the technician but the next morning when I wanted to use it again it was stuck again. So I have the initiative to open it myself. Homework. Then in the minibar there are no drinks or snacks. Only sandals and pajamas in hotel rooms 1. Stingy. The swimming pool turns out to be really small for a high class 5 star size ukuran
The conclusion behind its big name and luxury is that there is still much that needs to be improved

Satisfying service, large room and complete facilities with a beautiful city view. The food is also delicious, to the point of takeaway chocolate fudge because it's really good when my husband is given a surprise for his birthday

The room was a bit cool but when we adjusted the remote control to increase the temperature it didn't work. We call for service, they send someone but the problem was still not resolve. Later in the night there was letter at our doorstep informing us that new room was ready whenever we want to move. We did move and thank you for the duty manager for taking the proactive effort without being ask. I appreciate that for your concern to your guests' comfort. Keep up the good job.

The parking is an inconvenience as car has to go around and re-enter for security checks again.

JW Marriot Hotel for my assessment of excellent cleanliness including hotel services and rooms, also includes its Restorant services. And my advice is to increase it again for the food menu at the Restorant Hotel so that the guests who come more and are satisfied to enjoy the food.

Nice and comfy place. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. A perfect place for business stay, not so much for family I guess. Food taste quite good, although the selections and variety can be improved. Overall a great experience

One of the best business hotel in Jakarta, strategically located and they have best security. They give a personal touch for their members which is very good to maintain member loyalty. Room was so big with great bathtub, the bed was amazing, maybe the best bed in Jakarta. I ask for extra 3 conditioner in the application and that's what I got in my room, additional 3 conditioners. Services was amazing and staffs are very helpful. However the pool is quite small and the hotel somehow seems quite old. In overall it is a pleasant experience to stay in this hotel.

The address on the google map has not been updated so we stray around in circles 3 times before finally arriving at the place. Incidentally when it comes, what is provided is the western menu. Taste is so-so.

Nice one. Great location. Comfortable room size. Lovely staffs. Just somewhat outdated decor but not a big concern since it is quite well maintained.

The tight guard was very good, but when it came out from the basement the queue was very long, there was a lot of hours waiting in line to get out of the hrs.

Wonderful ambience, great food and the staffs are extremely warm and polite

Staff are friendly but honestly they need to upgrade the pool, very shallow only 1,2 meters

Great hotel at centralize location. Lighting abit Dull and dark at the lobby though. Good customer service. Room is Global JW Marriott gold standard. Serve different cuisine daily at lounge. Best hotel lounge ever!

Every month, I will stop by for this event and have a meeting with the client and make sure to stay safty, please enjoy it

I should give this hotel 5 stars but since i was only attending training here and not staying in the hotel kinda ruin my mood

Yummy food, good ambience, but this place over crowderld when Im here, since they add more table without considering comfortable space management for their guest...

No mistakes, it's a 5 star hotel indeed. The food is amazing and the service is superb. Didn't spend a night here though so i can't say about that but no doubt must be a pleasure to stay here.
