great hotel..but always get a sense of 'old feelings' everytime go there

Nice 5 star hotel .. used to come here since 15 years ago .. not much changed .. only the front, the guard is more tightened ..

Rooms are ok .. nice .. luxurious .. all facilities are there .. eating is also delicious and varied ..

I was visiting my friend and when i wna go home and I ask the security for taxi, he was asking my Id card. Its rude. He just can ask which room number and crosschecked instead of asking my ID. Or just order me a taxi. What is the correlation between my idcard and taxi? Never find something like this in another five stars hotel.

One of the star5 hotels in Jakarta, offers super complete facilities and certainly with no 1 comfort.

Despite some hiccups on first day, the remaining days' experience was very good. Staff is extremely friendly and polite and professional. Room was top notch and service is unforgettable.

The taste of the food at the Bufee restaurant is lacking, please increase it again

Standard for foreign tourist, never been here for long term except for meeting, conference, and dinner. From what i can say, the design is ok. Room is also good. The food is mild for asian (especially indonesian), but its quite delicious for foreigner.

Truly a nice place to stay when you are in a business trip to Jakarta. Each and every staff in the hotel are all accommodating. Lobby has a good ambiance. Room was cold and cozy. They are as well full of surprises with their Guest.

The food is delicious, yesterday the liwetan menu launching was good too!
