I really appreciate the security measures they apply for every individuals. Love the comfy room, enjoy every luxury. But i wonder why they ask my passport instead of state ID. Beside that I am a member of Marriott Elite Member.

The best part of this place is the location. The rest like room, facilities, food for me are the same like all standard five star hotel.

Great location, top class service, excellent breakfast

I feel that cost performance is good. The staff is very kind and professional. A bath with a large and deep bathtub is very good for Japanese people. The meal service is very good and delicious and almost complete in the hotel. The furniture may feel old-fashioned for American-style furniture in the 90's, but the maintenance is good and rather better than the next Ritz-Carlton.

Nice hotel but the rest room is so dirty n the parking area mark is very few.....

Strategic place in the business district, with good security

5 stars hotel with not too large lobby area, but served clean and hommy ambience, polite door man and ready to help whatever we need

There is one if the outside loby is installed by a fan that uses clean water

I was impressed that security was thought so.
WiFi is fast even at the front end.
I tried to stay in a nearby hotel, but I would recommend it because booking from Marriott's HP will be good condition and satisfying.

For me, stayed in this 5 stars hotel are just ordinary 5 stars hotel nuthin special even the breakfast were not great. The only best is the services which the provide are best!

This hotel is located in the heart of Jakarta! It is close to everything and very well connected. Big room with green areas, a nice pool, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Really the staff is excellent. I recommend this hotel 100% for long vacations or weekend. Enjoy Jakarta!! Enjoy Indonesia!!

The security level is good, the employees are friendly. The hotel is clean. The interior is also good

The seating in the lobby is a bit, so if it's crowded, I'm confused where to sit.

Room was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. They give you welcoming snack. But the pool was small. I mean pretty small. Food was fantastic. But if you're looking to enjoy the room and the facility of the hotel, not really recommended. But if you're travelling and want to explore Jakarta with a 5 star hotel, this is for you. Thanks!

JWM is a 5-star hotel located in the Mega Kuningan area adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel which is also a 5-star hotel. The hotel is good, friendly and fast service. The facilities are very complete, including the Gym that provides stretching therapy after we exercise there. Other than with other 5 star hotel services. The food at Syailendra restaurant is more delicious. So what are you waiting for?

I was invited to lunch at this place. Excellent international buffet.

I visited the Blue Martini bar on th a Wednesday. Nice mix of local business people and expatriates. Great to hang out and chat with random people while having a cold or a glass of .

Good, good location, friendly service, cheap looking furniture.

Food is horrible. Not sure how it can pass their food test. Taste, texture is unacceptable for Marriott class

Comfortable room. Breakfast has a lot of variety, but the delivery of drinks is slow due to the overwhelming amount of customers. Overall great place

I actually went to their restaurant called Sailendra. They offers a very wide variety of foods from around the globe, and they taste amazing

Beautiful hotel. The staff go out of their way to learn your name and make you feel special with little extras.

Food is good, event space is fairly representative with neo-classical interiors, hotel crews are very helpful

The most memorable is the buffet at the restaurant, the menu is very varied and the taste is good.

I stayed in Marriot Jakarta for around 40 nights in last 3 to 4 months.
Not sure when and whether I would stay in Marriot Jakarta again.
I must show my gratitude to the following people who were absolutely fantastic in the way they showed their hospitality and care. They are all great asset to Marriot and the hotel should take care to retain and nurture them.

2 ladies ( one who got burn on her hand while preparing food at the hotel just to make sure customers get the food on time) and a gentleman who used to prepare egg varieties for me
Guy who took care on 20th Jan during breakfast by serving unlimted tea..I guess his name is Bagus or similar to that.

Gym:
Noer/Noory for her great commitment and diligent attitude. This lady deserves big thank you from both me and Marriot.

Ladies and Gentleman who used to take care of laundry

Ladies in red who used to open the gate and I always used to say Pagi for their good morning and Terima Kasih for their thank you

Guy in red who always helped me getting a car from the hotel. I didn t even had to tell him where I need to go. He used to understand with nodding of my head

Very good view especially from the swimming pool. the service is very satisfying and also complete facilities. Food problems? Do not worry! Here all menus are provided with very good taste which certainly has its own class. Located in the mega brass area which is very strategic so it is suitable for accommodation in South Jakarta because it is close to everywhere!

One of the prestigious hotel. Something that can be improve is the cleaness of mukena at the prayer room
