A five star hotel with a 3 star restaurant.. food kinda average. Please I know it's a public space but if you r having a grup event. WITH sound system . Use function room lah. Very uncomfortable trying to enjoy the food while listening ppl shouting, singing.. I know they're having a good time too. But please consider others too.. definitely not going back

Security has been strict and you can feel at ease because you have been the victim of the past two attacks. The service is also complete. However, it is a pity that there is only one pool. As there are many cafes nearby, I think that you do not have to eat breakfast inside.

I have been here to attend several scientific events, and I enjoyed all of it. The food was tasty. The place was comfortable. All the staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. Keep the excellent work!

JW Marriott Jakarta lives up to my expectation as part of the Marriott chain in term of service and room condition! Despite crowded breakfast area and service in the breakfast area to be improved. Came many days for breakfast and never get the attention from any of the waiters and waitress. Table arrangement in Long rectangular form for 10 people to sit not a way to arrange the breakfast place. How many of guest cane with 10 pax but with majority of 2 or 4 ? The cutlery set up always wrong or missing something like spoon or folks! How possible? The breakfast spread is great with mixture of the Asian and western. I stayed in the room 1807 and is a suite room, not much of attention given but happy with the check in process. Helpful reception accompany us all the way to the room for checking in! The business lounge is great but the wine and other alcohol selection is really low in quality. I decided to skip after 2 nights! The food served in the business lounge taste great with varieties! My room service forgot my mounts wash after 2 days and never get replacement! It would be perfect 5 stars but I am looking for the improvements highlighted.

I'm here to eat at Sailendra restaurant. The all u can eat restaurant has a variety of menus, ranging from sushi, Indian, dimsum, oxtail soup, satay, and other local dishes. The advantages of this restaurant are available 3 kinds of drinks compared to other restaurants. Price of 400,000 / person.
If you use the BCA buy 1 get 1 signature card, it will be even better.

Lime star service standard, but access to the location is jammed & there are many puddles. To get off in the hotel lobby there are also many ceremonies that must be done, starting from checking the car thoroughly, sometimes using a dog, and having to open the hood. Narrow (and expensive) parking area.

This JW Mariot Kuningan hotel is a very big and luxurious hotel, I went there only for lunch at noon, very interesting because some international foods can find over there, so if you want to try, is interest for you

Very good hospitality and amenities. Cordial staff and great Indian food.

The hotel is clean, pretty, decorated elegantly. The room is clean and classy. The staffs are friendly. Security level is very high. The food is good. The farden is also pretty.
Please be known that the parking area is in another building just behind the hotel.
The front or lobby door is easily missed because it's covered with guard and security gate.

Excellent, but feels like an airport security situation

Bold on the menu, you have lots of choices, the snacks have been eaten as much as you like, it's delicious, it doesn't feel bad if you try to eat here, only the access to the Muaceeet pool should be left to no storage

Loved it !!! Warm and welcoming Christmas decor and staff from driveway, security, lobby, chefs & management are so friendly and personalised. I felt like home and without a doubt recommend to all friends and family.

Fantastic staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms. And if you're lucky enough to be Gold or Platinum with Marriott, the lounge is a great place to chill.

This is a good value for money hotel. I am sorry that the pool is a little small, but other facilities are not bad. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices, and thanks to the Korean tourists, Korean food corner and Korean ramen are boiled. If Jakarta is not a tourist destination and you are not planning to go out, it would be nice to reserve an executive room and play a lounge.

Aging hotel (plumbing issues, old style shower, damp smell, no smart tv, no sound speaker, no coffee machine...) and poor amateurish service all around : too much obsequiousness at the expense of listening and being efficient...lounge breakfast is total mayhem...but no one seems concerned, all very happy with themselves = sinking ship...must be a problem with the Captain : lack of training, poor standards, no self-questioning, no leadership to set the right tone...happy with trip advisor ratings and occupancy ? Good for you ! But the reality is : a very mediocre hotel, despite the raving reviews of amateur travelers. Also, as rightly mentioned in previous reviews, ridiculous so-called security, not preventing anything to happen for sure but extremely annoying and intrusive
