Buffet food average taste, and the cashier didn't familiar to handle the credit card promotion, causing inconvenience

Nice business hotel to have a meeting or wedding ceremony or party, a small swimming pool just to complete the facility as a five stars hotel

If you need to drop passengers go to the main lobby, but if you just want to go the resto or meet somebody there you can go directly to parking gate, next to the lobby area on the left.

The Ball Room is ok, the size of the desert food is great

Best place.. luxurious.. but not all staff so friendly to Indonesian..

New strange ...

Over-protective hotel with overrated security. Breakfast wasn't good enough for so-called a five-star hotel. Found cheaply made sushi and had to wait to get fresh juice. Not to mention the mediocre quality of towel, soap & shampoos in bathroom, compared to its 2 million rate per night.

I'm an online motorcycle taxi for security servants ... if there is an agreement from a motorcycle taxi and hotel guests ... you don't have to kick out "like a dog, sy ... I only deliver food to the lobby by the hotel guests ... online is an animal ... i don't park but only take food to meet hotel guests in loby instead security expels me like an animal ... so hotel service is not good .. because online ojegs are considered like animals

An international luxury hotel in the middle of mega brass

This was a wonderful and luxurious experience with all the staff doing their best to make our stay perfect... the rooms are large, comfortable and the food is excellent. Location is perfect!
The only downside was that I was given a smoking room on a smoking floor without being asked. It was late and I was too tired to go back and complain, but make sure you ask... in saying that, you could barely tell!

Went on an event which was HR asia Award. Hotel as always neat and tidy. Service was just median, not really friendly, not rude as well just flat kinda service. Chicken salad the crouton was lovely, pumpkin soup taste like condensed milk and the salmon was really2 fishy. To be honest expecting much better menu specially the salmon was not special at all. Pickup and drop off can be congested with occurence of certain event

Nice place though some foods are still need to improve especially for meats menu, still not fully cooked.

JW Mariot 5stars hotel. there is a famous buffet restaurant with good price and delicious food. Don't worry if you only want to enjoy the atmosphere there's also a small open air coffee shop you can enjoy 5stars coffee with chip price

Came here to eat at the all you can eat buffet. It has a decent collection of eastern and western food. Especially fond of the choco mouse cake. For a price of approx IDR 250k you should came here with an empty stomach to fully enjoy it.

It is full when breaking fast so it feels uncomfortable, eats queuing once and there are a number of menus that are used up as favorites.

Incredible value and excellent service. Very polite, well trained staff willing to help out with any request. Amenities include well equiped spacious gym, spa with steam room and sauna, roof top pool and gardens, very generous executive lounge. Good meeting and conference rooms, often available on short notice. Well located with easy access to business and government centers. Bar with live music.

Good property in a prime location but property looks old. For the money I paid they could have served breakfast also, but to my surprise it was not part of my package. Stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was good. Staff are ok.

Wonderful Christmas lunch!! The selection of international and local food, live music and decor made this a very special occasion for us as family. Using BCA credit card earned us a good discount on top. Definitely a restaurant to recommend for special occasions!!

5 star hotels located at mega kuningan area
..around JW Marriot there are offices building,offices park, canteen,resto, apartements and luxury houses..not far from Former Republic Indonesia President new home.
