JW MARRIOTT Room is outdated enough to be named. The breakfast buffet is good but the service level is below expectations. I was forced to stay because of the event. At the same price, the Mulia Hotel is much better in every way. There is a smoking area between the buildings after passing through the security of the front door of the hotel. There is a small pastry and ice cream stalls next to it. Do not eat croissants. I can not help falling in love ...

Swimming is great here Accessible place fromm all directions of jakarta,and the fitness place is well maintained!

Hotel still good. Shalendra for dinner can pass. Go for lunch instead. You don't get steak n seafood for dinner.

Being a 5 star hotel this International hotel is definitely in the top range of luxurious hotel in Jakarta. Guest room is very comfortable n cosy. The ball room n adjacent rooms for smaller receptions are of course opulent although nothing much have changed since my first visit n lodging to this hotel in August 2004.

The hotel is nice and has a strategic location in the Mega Kuningan office building, unfortunately Sailendra's buffet restaurant is not very good and the swimming pool is very small like a swimming pool for underage children.

Starting from the luxury bathroom there is a bathub ad also for showering but it is separated like that, there are 2 bath towels, 2 small towels like a handkerchief, 2 towels that are the same size as for drying hair, 2 shampoo soap etc all complete + there is a hairdryer , the room uses carpet and the carpet is soft, there is also a large glass next to the entrance, then a king bed with 4 pillows, there is a work table with 2 chairs, there is also a sofa along with a place for foot mats like that too, a large cupboard with a hanger, iron and ironing table, kimono towels and hotel sandals 2, in the closet itself there is also a refrigerator, a teapot and a glass, tea coffee, and a spoon.

The swimming pool is open but you have to book the hour first, just come to the pool on lt 3 for a booking, the gym is also open, the restaurant menu is full but when we check-in it is scheduled what time we have breakfast and only 1 hour. Don't forget to go to the concierge to register our car while staying.

service is ok, when offices hold seminars with customers in the hall room (200s org), room services & facilities match the stars, for standard levels it feels less extensive :), has not yet worked out its presidency .., strategic location in the middle of Jakarta becomes a major consideration besides nuance & service ... support

The hotel response very poor. They took the deposits at the time of check in but at the time of check out they dont reverse the deposited amonut even after continuous follow up. I checkec out since last 25 days but they dont bother to reverse the amount which is rediculous. So plz be careful before giving them any deposite of credit cards while check in.

NO RECOMMEND. Service is very bad especially the fat security. Are you a 5 star hotel / jasmine class? Your rules are sickening who come to visit. I haven't come here for the first time often. The data must be there. The last time was 10 December 711 at 21.30 mr. Please check my personal data to the regional police, even though I am not afraid, unless I have a problem. Didn't use the threatening program to take it to the Regional Police, yes, the glasses officer who claimed to be the regional police officer. And know all with the Regional Police. I think I'm criminal / carry drugs / terrorists / steal things. I want to be fast. Even though my data is expired, the data is still there. Different security before. HOW IT IS LOH. God damn it. I will tell you every cust if I don't stay here again, I will not come, except this cust. After getting off the elevator, the lobby was asked for ID & cellphone number. I was given enough to say that expired waiting for 10 minutes is still being led to crime in a special room. also to other elevators for reasons asked for assistance. Photographed the contents of the bag in detail. Full body photos to spend another 10 minutes to go home on a motorcycle taxi were also photographed by the driver's data from ID card & Sim to its full body.
Oh, dear sir, who has a Regional Police, please check my name in all the 5-star hotels that I visit ... THOUGH EVALUATION takes a lot of time and is upsetting. If you are afraid of criminals / terrorists / thieves ... just don't let visitors come besides hotel guests. If you are me, can you accept ???? If the reason for expiring ID why did it pass past 10 decrees? Please check the hotel cctv ... Thank you very much ... once again .....

Good 5 Star hotels with Syailendra restaurants. Placing on strategies spot in quite dense business district.

I came for international seminar. Quality of service was only in level of 2 star hotel. Service team made a lot of noise while the speaker on stage.

Especially for the entrance, the lobby is small so the car has to queue long to get to the streets outside the hotel if there is a wedding reception and guests with lots of cars.

Went here for a friend's wedding party. The location is pretty good but will be very jammed during weekdays. The hotel looks pretty good and the ballroom is nice. The buffet dinner for the party was good and probably one of the best I've eaten. There were still more parking space available when I reach there and I was 30min late. So I would say that they have a lot of space available which is good for wedding party!

Good place for Hotel Dining. Sailendra served one of the best hotel dining in town. You can use selected credit card to get offer buy 1 get 1 for the weekend.

Oxtail soup is the best here.
