Too crowded for having dinner at the restaurant. Lots of gathering and crowds. I think it is overcapacity. Long line and not many options. Perhaps have to find another time and not in December.

Luxurious hotel, since it s one of 5 hotel in Jakarta. Located in business area. The security is very tight. The restaurant, Syailendra, serve many kind of delicious meals and pastries.

There staff was so far beyond anything I've seen in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. It's a marvel to behold. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food in executive lounge was excellent, and the service equally excellent. It's the kind of hotel you really don't want to leave it's so relaxing.

Surprisingly good for staycation. All staffs are very helpful and friendly. Stayed there for 2 nights for wedding anniversary and celebrate my wife's birthday. Full of surprises, hotel staffs spoiled us with a surprise cake and evening dessert, they even decorate the room with balloons and roses, and a card signed by the many staffs. Thank you JW Marriott Hotel for making our stay memorable!

Nice meeting place but the access terrible traffic jam

The hotel is nice and luxurious, but the parking lot is less comfortable.

Staff are very friendly, even though it is an older hotel in Jakarta. There are super markets and shopping malls at a walking distance from JW Marriott hotel.

The parking lot is large, only after drop? We want to enter the parking lot, we have to go first
