All you need is there starting with the comfortable rooms and gym. The buffet is superb with a special note for the Indian bar. Staff is very nice and helpful

I came here for the buffet. Foods aren't that good but some are pretty good. I liked the oxtail soup and the beef teppanyaki. The main problem here is the cleanliness because i saw a cockroach running in between bowl of foods. The plates are kind of dirty. The staffs there are very friendly. Overall experience is 4/10.

The best Service in Jakarta. Every single employee greeted my wife and I with a smile and always asked if there was anything that they could do to make our stay better. I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton and every other five star hotel here in the city, but this hotel goes above and beyond. Thank you so much. Special thank you to Waty Sihotong for making my stay extra special. It will be where I stay when I'm in Jakarta.

Located in the elite pedestrian. 5 star hotel. Not too good for photo since oldish and vintage.

Beautiful Hotel. We were in President Suite and the facilities were complete. We also had private access to Executive Lounge from morning until midnight that always served delicious food & beverages for free. Perfect.

Including the 3 best hotels in the Mega Kuningan neighborhood. The security officers at the entrance and lobby are friendly and deft but remain alert. Beautiful lobby. Good food. The meeting room is spacious, clean, the staff is friendly and alert, the toilets are clean and fragrant, the breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are quite large, clean and complete amenities. It's a pleasure to stay at JE Marriott Hotels in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya. Sy, be sure to be willing to stay again here.

The rooms are comfortable, although smaller than the Ritz. Hotel staff are very helpfull. Breakfast 8/10. But when I called the room reservation until I waited 20 minutes, I just picked up. And the swimming pool is really small

The service in this hotel is immaculate. Some of the best staff I've ever encountered with; like Cinta at the breakfast bar who greets you by name with a glowing smile from across the room as you enter, as if you're family, and then knows to gets you your soy latte just like you like it. I love it. Everyone is smiling and attentive. I had the governer suite and the bed is very comfy, but the rest of the room needs updating. The design is uninspiring and very dull. The colours in the room are non existence and the air/smell in the room itself is a bit stuffy. This is not a cleaning issue as the room was clean and the cleaners were amazingly thorough. I think it's just old. That's the only reason for the 4, not 5, star review. Great job Marriott JKT staff.
