Nice hotel inside Mega Kuningan area. Great food and nice resto. Very strict security procedure. American style hotel.

Came here on business. Stayed several weeks. The place is decent but for seasoned travellers, it is a little mediocre.
The place needs some sprucing up and refreshing. I am told some rooms have recently been renovated but I suppose not mine; the bathroom amenities need to be reviewed to match contemporary practices as the standard toiletries (both the format and content) is a bit dated compared to competing hotel brands; and the breakfast spread while alright, does look a bit predictable for regular travellers--the spread is alright if one does not always eat hotel breakfast buffets, I do so on a fairly regular basis so the expectations are certainly different. Having said that, I still think that the Marriott brand should still consider offering something different compared to other similar brands.

The pool here is rather small and not quite suitable for serious laps and a touch too shallow for flip turns (my height is average to short).
The gym is good. Full equipment sets. Weight machines, freeweights, pull up and dip stations and other calisthenics stuff, and of course treadmills (with individual screens) and bike stations. No cross trainers. Gym is 24/7 I am told. Was there between 2200 and 2300hrs with no issues.

Security is tight. They don't skimp on having the equipment and manpower here. Won't share details because it is security related. But worth noting that this hotel was hit by a terrorist bomber some time back.

A great 5 stars hotel in Jakarta, as the one of the best hotel chain in the world, JW Marriot had gave us the best services. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel as your next destination to feel amazing experience in the hotel.

Excellent Hotel. Once you step in, every staff starts smiling and greeting you. Attending to every single detail even when washing my laundry. Top Service. Pleasant Stay always. =)

Stayin in Sailendra apartment was a great apartment..one stop living.

Luxurious .. There is open space between the entrance and reception. Very green.

Nice hotel with staff who look to please. Location might be slightly challenging due to the traffic during peak hours but plan accordingly and you should be fine.

Typical JW Marriott. Grand and luxurious. WiFi is not free!

Entering here is very strict, tighter than entering the Presidential Palace ...

Great lounge although it closes a little earlier then the RC. Breakfast in the first floor is exceptional.

Our family like the environment, the room, the friendliness of the staff. And we really love the breakfast; one of the best and especially we like the fresh juice that we can order with the combination as we like it; and since it is buffet we order many combination of fresh juice. We like healthy food and if you like healthy food, this is a great place to enjoy.
