Absolutely good service, stunning, spacious, and luxurious room. They also provide king size breakfast . Stuffs happened that makes me failed to give them 5 stars, are: they are too afraid of terrorism and plagiarism until they prohibit guests from taking pictures or video in the hotel area which does not make any sense for me. What about those guests who take pictures in the lobby, swimming pool, updating story on the snapgram or snapchat? You should increase the secutiry instead of limiting the guests freedom for taking pictures. We take pictures because we would like to give our appreciation, so please don't be suspicious as it is considered as rude for a 5 star management hotel. Next, a lot of their employees are off during eid mubarak holiday and they could not manage to prevent it. So we did not get on-time room service :( please fix this. Because I know a luxurious hotel such as JW Marriot that has a lot of branches in Indonesia, could manage their service better and I would still recommend my relations to stay here :) Thank you!
