Great restaurant... And a great Chef with local knowledge of Indonesian food...and restaurants..

It has a big room, even for standar room. Nice staying here.

Best food in all of Jakarta (I've been here for 11 years and I have eaten nearly everywhere)

It is a Ritz Carlton. There is a style from the entrance of the brow. Security was also perfect.

Quite possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Good, good food. Spacious room. For work, the room is ok too.

Stop by here because wedding invitation on Asia Restaurant...its a buffet restaurant with western n asian food..food quite delicious but not great...on hotel lobby there are many spot to take photos bcos its near christmas when i stop by so its full with ornament.

The food is not good, the menu is not much ... but it's ok for the price ...

Amazing hotel, amazing rooms divided into several rooms. A very spacious restaurant with several different table spots. The restaurant dishes are very numerous and varied, so be wise in choosing food and read first what dishes you take for Muslim visitors.

I've spent 2 days from 26-28 Dec 2019 with family & this was our first time. Compared to other 5 star hotels, i can say the service is quite slow or even seems they've forgotten of what we asked. The staff are nice (except one of the receptionist in Asia Restaurant ). The facilities are quite old & the swimming pool is the worst. My 8 yo son had an accident that caused ripped ear. The floor is very slippery because of material is unsafe (does not use materials commonly used in other hotels, which are not slippery). His ear hit the floor sign that is made of metal with silver metal color which makes it unnoticeable (i don't understand why they use this material). The rubber pathway is thin, small & only cover few parts of the pool edge. They don't even have first aid ready near the pool. That makes my son had to wait quite long for medicine. Very poor. But the staff at that time was very helpful though i assumed it is not his responsibility. The management must willing to invest on this.

It's a very big and very nice hotel. But I think the room rate is expensive.

We just celebrated our Anniversary there and I have to say this was the most special anniversary we have had. The staff was amazing, they treated us like royals. We were very happy we didn t want to leave. The service was impeccable and felt very thoughtful. They did a great job decorating our room and setting everything so I could surprise my wife. It was truly memorable. Words cannot express how nice was our time there. It was GREAT!!!

when I stepped my feet God protect me and be diyah ... maybe during this time we only disturb you but on the other hand we want your guidance tuHan ... only words that we can make and can not do it in my khdpan and diyah ... then mhn your guidance oh allahh ...
in this life I am only bth dyah who can make me happy ... but what Z did was not in line with what I had hoped for all this time all I had hoped for was to believe in my Lord and stay away from everything ... but what I did now and yesterday, , not according to my expectations ,,,
on the other hand I want to forget what passed, but it's not as easy as what I think, instead everything will turn into heels if someday I can only do what I'm doing now ... all only animal instincts, no common sense, even negative thoughts and such insomnia becomes normal things for me but after dyah forbid ,,, I reduced it and never mem

Booked 2 Connecting Room on 21st August. Very long check-in process. We came from 1 o'clock. Got a room at 4. The other got a room at 5 o'clock. We were given the lowest room on the 6th floor. Our view was not a hotel. The bathroom curtain was broken and could not open completely. The lift is limited to a maximum of 4 people. Because we stay on the 6th floor of the lowest floor, the elevator is always full. For breakfast it is limited to 45 minutes. dr 8:00 - 8:45 am But we wait for the elevator 30 minutes, the breakfast menu does not vary. the menu is very little, right "does not reflect a 5 star hotel. just sat down to eat, was thrown out. because the time was 8:45. I really regret staying there.

Many meeting rooms and often used for big activities ...
Unfortunately for the toilet when there is a big event with many people there are some broken toilets ...
The security is super tight
