Big bathroom with great view, Nice and clean room...they offer great value packets meeting room for small or big event

Luxury hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. Service is very friendly ...

At first I saw an ad on Fave for Asia Restaurant (Rp. 255,000),

At the beginning, at Fave, the voucher is valid from 1 August,
I called to the Hotel, and was connected to the F&B Department who contacted me again (with PIC Bu Puspa Deapita)

I made sure to be able to order 40 pax for Dinner at the Asia Restaurant on August 8, 2020.
And be informed, you can.
So I was offered a direct purchase to the Hotel (Transfer to Hotel) and was given a price of 200 thousand per pax.
I transfer directly to the hotel, and make a reservation.

On July 27,
From the PIC, call me and inform me that the hotel is not yet open, and a rescheduling has occurred, starting to open on August 15.

Even though my relatives from Surabaya have gathered in Jakarta since August 8, 2020,
so I deposited them into the hotel.

and I asked for compensation from PIC Bu Puspa, given an additional Compliment Free Dinner for 2 people.

On 16 August 2020,
I arrived at the Hotel at 18.30
Enter via the Lobby which immediately comes out again (Lobby door and separate parking)

when entering the parking lot, parking is quite full at B2,
Can be at the end near the motorbike park.

Around my parking lot there is a leaky pipe.

when entering the elevator, there are only 2 lifts, and each elevator is limited to 4 people in 1 family, so we are scattered 10X Up and Down.

when gathered in the Lobby area, the Lobby is very clean, bright, neat, luxurious and magnificent,
we immediately queued for registration at Asia Restaurant; Check Body Temperature and Hand Sanitizer at the Lobby Asia Restaurant,

Upon entering, we were given 2 rooms and climbed a little using 5 stairs; The stairs are still quite okay for the elderly.

The mainstay menu is Salmon Bread and Cordon Blue,
The Salmon Mateng, Pas Asin Bread, Cordon Blue are also the perfect seasoning.

Other menu SATAY Runs out, And dig anti Bebek Kremes (Bumbu kremes is less savory)
There is a spicy Balado Shrimp that is just right,
and there is fish (I forgot what to cook) The fish is delicious, the meat is soft, not fishy.

Tried for the Lasagna, Just okay, just the right salt /
Try the Tepanyaki too okay, complete with cutlets,
tried the Oxtail Fried Rice, the beef tasted and salty just right.

try for Empal, Hongkong Noodle and Crazy Fried Rice,
All quite okay.

Dessert there are 4 kinds of Pudding (mango, chocolate, and strawberries) and the mainstay is Cendol Cake.

Over All, everyone enjoyed their meal,
We are limited, so the request is taken by Servent who is on standby in the sterial area near the stations.

around 20.30,
my servant instructed me to sing Happy Birthday song for my wife, and they (about 5 people) sang also candle blowing song for my wife.
With 2 pieces of Cendol Cake, Chocolate board with the words Happy birthday and a candle on top of the cake ...

MINUS the restaurant,
NO SUSHI & SASHIMI (THE REASON IS TOO MANY TOUCHING POINTS)
even though in my opinion the servant on duty there can be on standby.

MINUS Others,
NO STAND ESCRIME (the table is left alone)
NO CUTTING FRUIT ...

It became a little bit disappointed and the minus was that it seemed down grade.

To the toilet path behind the hallway,
the toilet is quite clean, neat, but there are no towels / handkerchiefs. Only tissue, and hand sanitizer

Luxurious like a palace. To guard 1 gate they put 1 sniffer dog with 2 or more security. And the security is not friendly & lacks ethics.

Friendly like usual five star hotels, but there is no tennis court facility like standard five star hotels.

Please check the security again for students. Gaada is friendly at all. People ask nicely, even in jutekin. It's a shame bossss isn't just a "member"

Absolutely the best experience from the first to the last day of my business trip to Jakarta. I highly recommend the Executive Lounge. Ms. Eka Noviani, Olivia, Resma, Rany, Eko, Bella, Ayu, and Fadilla from the Executive Lounge made our stay extra special and memorable. The food was absolutely amazing as you can see from my photos. The staff surprised our group by providing impromptu special meals based off our conversations. We were treated to a an authentic Mexican meal, an Indonesian Ox Tail Soup dinner, and a going away celebration. The entire Ritz-Carlton staff were courteous and professional. I would also like to mention Ms. Kiki Rizki from the awesome Ritz-Carlton Asia Restaurant. The entire staff provided the hospitality that you would only expect from the best five star establishments.

So far the service is good but 1 thing that makes me upset during breakfast in this new normal, they just give us 45 min to eat and the price frp breakfast around 200k

Excellent room with spacy bathroom, but have no balcony. Good service and hospitality. Yet, breakfast menu and the swimming pool was so-so.

This 5-star hotel does offer hospitality, comfort that is in accordance with its rating. The room we ordered is located on the 21st floor. The location is right for seeing the view outside. Incredible scenery. The spacious 63m2 room with the distribution of layout, bedroom, workspace, clothing storage room and bathroom really provides comfort for activities in the room even more so because it is equipped with a sofa, work desk, bathtub and furniture and other electronic equipment. In addition there are spa facilities, a gym and a swimming pool. But unfortunately the cable design in the swimming pool made me worry a little if there was a chipped cable. Switch to the breakfast menu. The food and beverage menu that is served is quite varied, there are Japanese corners, Korean noodles, various breads, and do not forget the menu of Indonesian cuisine. For Muslim visitors to be careful, non-halal food (pork) is provided in the restaurant. It has been given a sufficient marker as non-halal food info but it is quite alarming whether the cooking process is similar to other halal foods. Overall, comfort and safety really become a priority for this hotel. Happy visiting and enjoying it.
