Excellent! Wonderful food, above and beyond service and the chef is AMAZING at the Belvedere. So thankful he took my alergies into consideration. Had a wonderful Christmas lunch
The hotel was very nice and the service was incredible. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in Beverly Hills.
The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills is a very good hotel, The rooms are vast and the ambience of the hotel is very luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance of Rodeo Drive and all of the luxury brand shops.
Great hotel. That said, I really love the Beverly Wilshire. That said, this should be the most difficult choice one ever has.
Upscale hotel with even more upscale service! An excellent experience everytime!
Lovely hotel, intimate. Good location - close enough to the action, but the neighborhood is not busy or loud. Attentive, personalized service.
The Restaurant at The Peninsula Hotel Beverly Hills has a menu to suit a variety of pallets. The Service is outstanding. Our server was very attentive. We will surely return.
I am making significant high income with very strong business background. I stayed at the hotel almost a month this year(2016), I feel the people work there have problem, their parents didn't teach them well, especially the manager "Offer". I can tell he is low class and stupid with attitude. I am sure you would dislike the people there. When I was talking to my client waiting for burger. The manager was screaming, talking loud at the lobby. I complaint to the front desk. The next day. The manager "Offer" was mad about my complaint and he made very loud noise when he walked behind me next day. I decided to complaint to the managing partner in China/Hong Kong about "Offer" should be fired. If you want to complaint, you should talk to the headquarter in China/Hong Kong/France, don't talk to the Beverly Hills location, they would cover each other's mistakes because they need a job.
I am living in Bel Air. I stayed at the hotel in Feb & April 2014 and Feb & April 2015 for business. I feel weird about the people work at the hotel, their parents didn't teach them well. They like to open your room door even though you turn on the "don't disturb" light. You can tell people without brain managing the hotel in Beverly Hills. The hotel looks pretty, it's because the managing partner from China/Hong Kong has good taste.
You can only use this place for business, don't let them take advantage of you. When they see you are doing well, they may ask for help or doing favor. They may want to know more about your business, want to do the same thing you do. You can sense they are from lower level and never look at the mirror to see who they are.
Hotel Bel Air has better food, use a lot of white people. Beverly Hilton has normal people working there. They are not stupid with attitude.
It's everything you'd hope for it to be. Private, modern, luxurious. The service is outstanding as is the atmosphere.
Beautiful, elegant, top-notch service, delicious food , fabulous spa.
Quality hotel, with some of the best amenities I've ever experienced. Custom pillows, fruit plates, great housekeeping, and tablets to control the lights and AC complete the wonderful experience, and I seriously recommend this hotel.
We were filming a shoot in their Magnolia room, which was very far from the loading dock so bringing in equipment was more time consuming that usual
Everything you'd expect from a five star chain hotel.
Beautiful Hotel! VERY family friendly, they personalised candy gifts for each child which was an unexpected and great surprise for the kids. Staff bend over backwards to help. Hotel looks incredable. We called the hotel to pick us up from a shopping mall and they picked us up in a Rolls Royce. As a family we all loved it, not to mention the fact that we bumped into a few celebrities! Greta stay overall!
Came here with a friend who was here for work. Although my stay was brief, valet attendant was very accommodating and allowed me to park in the front free of charge.
The Peninsula Beverly Hills has to be one of the coolest services that a hotel has to offer.
Beautiful hotel with great service , lunch on the rooftop is very nice
Lovely location which is only a 20 minute drive from LAX (in good traffic) with some shopping near by. The service at the hotel could have been better - food orders were typically slow and often incorrect. The servers were not well versed in accommodating food allergies. However, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and the spa in particular was lovely.
The Peninsula really knows how to do high tea.
Awesome food and tea combined with wonderful service. The lobby lounge is super cute, too.
Take your mom here for Mother's Day. Less time consuming than retail therapy, much cheaper than spa treatments, you both get fed, you can take some really classy looking selfies, and she'll have plenty to rave about to her friends. Just don't let her wander around the neighborhood or it won't be so cheap anymore.
The rooftop restaurant was pretty dope, with a super good burger, they give you very little fries though.
So I visited the Belvedere inside the peninsula hotel. Let me tell you that it's worth every dollar spent on the brunch buffet. It's not cheap, but they offer quality seafood selection. Very nice and tasty.
The most exclusive, private, VIP hotel in the Beverly Hills area. If you're looking to be treated with the best service from the best staff, this is where you want to be - hands down.
Carefully prepared cuisine with extremely courteous service.
Always an amazing and very exquisite place in which you enjoy from the entrance to your exit.
Everything here smells refinement and great service, so nobody can be dissapointed of visiting this fantastic resort!!!!
The food options was very limited, I was expecting to see more & better for the 95$ per person! Even there was no view to see & the place was small.
The service here is subpar compares to Ritz or Four Seasons. And also it seems this hotel has management problem. I valeted my car here, I was asking them to check if there is a cellphone on the car. No update since I called them second time after one hour. I was asking for an iron, it takes an hour for them to deliver.
Try Waldorf if you really want to stay in this area.
I've stayed in the best places in the world and if there is any place that sets the bar , it's The Peninsula. Everything was perfect!
Fantastic hotel. The rooms are lovely and the staff knows how to treat you in a first class way. Breakfast on the roof or the dining room is always delicious and they will make whatever you would like. The bar is a cool scene.
Excellent and very beautiful in terms of location and services
I m still shocked. I think it s unnecessary to dress up someone to open the door... It feels 1954.
If you're looking for a place to stay in, in Beverly Hills, stay at the Peninsula. One can't go wrong by staying there! The restaurants are great as well. One may also want to consider The Beverly Wilshire Hotel as well.
What an utterly charming hotel with warm staff, gorgeous interiors, and delicious food.
Excellent service and very nice lobby. Seeing a celebrity here and there isn't out of the ordinary.
Wooow, the rooms are beautiful, the food is also delicious and delicious, the staff are all friendly, I recommend staying here when you go to Los Angeles, ok
Always a great place to grab tea, entertain clients ,have lunch and business meetings.
Food and ambience are very good, valet parking, service is fine. An excellent dining menu of tasty foods.
I visited The Peninsula for the brunch buffet on New Year's Eve. The festive decorations were a nice touch. Staff was very kind and professional when directing me to The Belvedere. The bathrooms were well attended, clean and pristine.
The Peninsula Hotel is really 6 stars - not enough stars on offer! The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. A truly amazing experience.
The dinner and event were lovely. The wait staff could have been more attentive with coffee service
You get what you pay for!!!!! Thats all i can say. Dont expect to hang with celebs unless you are a total baller. Very nice and private, the way it should be.
beautiful place, gorgeous view on the top floor restaurant
This is a five star place. You may even see some movie stars here.
Environment is lovely. Service is gracious and well-orchestrated. The food was too rich and not awesome. Warning: the potted salmon is made with creme fraiche - and it is dense and overly creamy - more cream than salmon. The brussel sprouts in the Caesar salad are billed as being crispy but they were closer to rubbery - and cold. Again, lovely place, lovely service, not awesome food.
Elegant spot for cocktails and great outdoor deck with cabanas
The restaurant was very good. The grass fed, meatballs were fantastic. Also had seared scallops. Done to perfection.
I have been here several times for the restaurants and the spa. The service is impeccable. Food is outstanding. The terrace on the roof is a perfect combination of casual and elegant. The Belvedere restaurant on the fist level is quiet and elegant.
Excellent service! Impeccable cuisine & our Server Sergio was world class.
Amazing property, it been staying there for over 15 years, Piano in lobby always has excellent player
Great location in the Beverly hills. There's a lot of good restaurants and also close to Rodeo Drive
Excellent service, excellent food, buzzy busy happening crowd, loved it!!! Pleasant, exciting vibe. Can't wait to go back!!
So, we went to teach for my mother's birthday. The staff were really friendly and never left our glasses empty. Really great experience!
Dined in the Living Room for afternoon tea. Service was excellent and food tasted great.
Old charm with great service. One of the best Barbeque on the roof tarrance.
