I've spent 2 days from 26-28 Dec 2019 with family & this was our first time. Compared to other 5 star hotels, i can say the service is quite slow or even seems they've forgotten of what we asked. The staff are nice (except one of the receptionist in Asia Restaurant ). The facilities are quite old & the swimming pool is the worst. My 8 yo son had an accident that caused ripped ear. The floor is very slippery because of material is unsafe (does not use materials commonly used in other hotels, which are not slippery). His ear hit the floor sign that is made of metal with silver metal color which makes it unnoticeable (i don't understand why they use this material). The rubber pathway is thin, small & only cover few parts of the pool edge. They don't even have first aid ready near the pool. That makes my son had to wait quite long for medicine. Very poor. But the staff at that time was very helpful though i assumed it is not his responsibility. The management must willing to invest on this.
