Ballroom is quite luxurious. The chef's food is delicious. Very strict checking of vehicles if you want to enter the hotel area.

Saya menginap untuk staycation dengan keluarga karena kebetulan ada promo payday dari Traveloka dan juga bertepatan dengan perayaan anniversary kami.
Kami memilih kamar grand yang paket dengan dinner dan breakfast.
Waktu check in, kami sempat dibuat kecewa karena menurut petugasnya, dinner kalau beli kamar via traveloka tidak boleh ikut buffet tapi hanya diantar ke kamar, pilih menu dari dining to go. Ini sangat mengecewakan karena waktu saya mau pesan dari traveloka sempat cek di websitenya Ritz Carlton sendiri dan di situ jelas ditulis include buffet dinner untuk paket yang sama, dan harganya waktu itu tidak jauh beda dengan di traveloka karena sedang diskon juga. Tapi ternyata koq beli di traveloka mutu diningnya beda sekali.
Tapi entah kenapa waktu jam makan malam dan kami mau pesan makanannya malah dipersilakan makan di Asia Restaurant buffet. Jadilah kami akhirnya makan di sana juga.
Kamar hotelnya sangat luas dan semua fasilitas di dalamnya lengkap. Berhubung pandemi, sauna jacuzzi dan steam room tidak dioperasikan. Swimming pool dibatasi satu jam.
Semua staff sangat helpful dan ramah, proses check in check out juga mulus. Protokol kesehatan juga dijaga sekali, semua staff dan juga tamu sangat disiplin menggunakan masker dan jaga jarak.
Overall pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan staycation di sini.

5 stars hotel in the heart of Jakarta. Only had dinner at Lobo and Asia resto.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel room & facilities are great. However, the pedestrian entrance is terrible.

We came for family stay and we stayed at villa or suite type . And free lounge and free private meeting room for world cup soccer . Take me back for private pool and yacuzzi and comfort place and comfort food

Recommend this hotel because quality of service is beyond my expectation and the ballroom was quite nice

Super tight security. The entrance is equipped with X ray when checking in. The officers are friendly and neat in their respective places. Spacious, clean, beautiful & cool place. It's just that I have a hard time finding a trash bin besides the toilet

The location of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is in the Mega Kuningan area (not the one on PP). The location is in an office center, only the building is rather bleak when seen. Make the hotel food rather unpleasant compared to the one on the Ritz scbd. Making motorcycle parking is also very unfriendly. I want to stay here but park the motorbike across and far. Not to mention if it's raining, it's rather not conducive. Besides that, the security guard doesn't believe that I ride a motorcycle and want to stay here.
