We had an accessible king room with a balcony in the main building. I had sepcifically asked to be in the main building as last time I had been there my brother was in a building further out and closer to the pool, and I prefer to be closer to the center of the hotel. Its nice, but a little dated. We really enjoy the resort with the boat rides and the breakfast buffet. Plus we love all the birds around. We showed up for the Interactive Bird Chat one day and no one showed up to host it. We also had drinks and apps in the lobby bar and we're very satisfied with the quality of the meal. The food options do seem to be a little pricey. Both times I have been here, there have been huge conferences happening. Last time it was Google and this time it was Analog Devices. There was a low roar in the lobby bar well into the night. The best part about the resort though if you are of a certain age is knowing it was in an episode of Saved by the Bell (the one where Jessie's dad gets married).

Fabulous. Golf courses are picturesque green and healthy. Putt Putt coure (real greens) for kids AND adults. Pools and lawns are well maintenanced and beautiful. Great views from pool rooms. Plenty of bars and restaurants.

Amazing resort, great employees, all around great experience

A true oasis in the desert. There is so much water in this property three pools n an actual waterway full of swans n ducks wrapping through the property. The boat rides r exciting for the kids or a romantic night ride for couples. Plenty of restaurants on site as well mikado been one of them.

Large and typically American. Food not really refined. Nice swimming pool and fitness room

Excellent room (Signature Suite) and service from staff, the stay was what one would expect especially at the titanium level. This will be my go-to property in Palm Desert!

One place for smokers, inadequate and without ashtray, I have seen people with their dogs in the pool area, and they do not receive a warning for their infraction. Excellent the rest, and very good treatment of the staff.

Huge property with a great pool, friendly staff and delicious food & drinks. Bed is incredibly comfortable.

Very nice hotel, i love the pool. The pool was open 24 hours, so we enjoyed a night swimming! During the day is the pool area over pact. They have a side pool besides from the pool area, this is good during the day.
The hotel is to big. But its very nice fresh and clean. Wonderful service.
I didn t enjoyed Palm Desert-Palm Springs, i would rather go to the beach areas...

Amazing as ever JW Marriott is. Staff are so accommodating and friendly.

Though it is a 4 star hotel, the quality of tap water is not that good and I highly doubt of getting comfortable shower in these small shower rooms with in the rest room. I agree that amenities and room service is good.

Clean. Nice views. Many pools. 3 restaurants +Starbucks + boutique shops + golf + spa.

It was 30 years ago. The last time that I was in here. I installed all the TVs on wall brackets in the rooms. Looks great

Who designed these rooms?? This is a six foot tall person and they can t fit in the bathroom of a suite that is otherwise spacious.

Amazing this was one of the most beautiful resorts I've stayed in. Live animals inside and stores, Starbucks, I mean you name it, our event here was extraordinary!

I thought the place was fabulous. The service was great , the beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When I read the negative reviews it's hard to believe, because my experience was so wonderful, relaxing even though I was there for Business. I want to go back!

Stayed in Palm Springs for 4th of July weekend. I had a great time and the Marriott was by far the best place that I stayed that weekend. The pool was great, there's a club in the hotel at night, the food at the restaurant was pretty on point. I overall had a wonderful time. One thing of note that made the experience that much better was there was a DJ and saxophone player at the pool. Ive never had live music at a pool before and it was really amazing! It's definitely a place I want to go back to.

Best place! Come at least 1 time a year and always have the best time. Every single worker smiles when you walk by and they are always willing to help. Highly would recommend for families as well and free wifi!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. My room was clean and had a beautiful view. The amenities were endless... Great driving range, clay and grass tennis courts and a top-notch spa. Audriana at the front desk was stellar.

Very nice hotel, the dance club was good. Drinks are always expensive.

Great Place to get away for the weekend. Have the room service Burger and Fries. You will Thank me.

Great golf course. The rest of the resort looks great. Looking forward to coming back and having a long weekend there with my wife.

Attending ELFA conference. Convenient location and easy parking. Amazing facility with great views. Typical convention center and break out meeting rooms.

Room dated it. The restaurant will rash you out on busy day.

Built mid 1980s, big remodel ~2006, next redo of rooms soon? Marble shower tiles crumbled, hard water stains on fixtures in bathroom and hazy atrium glass. Dust covered fake grass along atrium hallways. Grounds spectacular: big lawns beautifully manicured , many flowers, very well maintained grass and clay tennis courts, putting course great shape too. Family had a great time! Very friendly staff.

Clean property, nice rooms, super crowded when we last stayed. Would stay again but many other options in town that may be more bang for your $

In my opinion one of the best resorts in the Coachella Valley. The staff and the service that is provided here are excellent. I like to take the gondolas. There is pretty much no bad view from any hotel room in this place. And every time you drive up to the hotel I love seeing the flamingos!

JW Marriott hit it out of the park with this location in Palm Desert. Between the breath-taking views, great food/pool bar, the incredible staff and accommodations and the golf course... there's not a lot more you could want. I highly recommend!

I just love everything about that !!! the service they ll the room ,the place ,tge spa,evening amazing!!! the affect you can do anything in there hotel and you not need to go to anyway it s amazing I definitely recommend for people to go there!!!! It s Beautiful !!

So bad. Dirty and not worth the $300.00 a night we paid. Disappointed in this Marriott.

Went to check out the hotel. Did a tour in the boat which was fun. The wait wasn't long for the boat ride. Had a few drinks but they were a little pricey which is not a surprise for this luxurious hotel.

For the amount of money you pay, you would think the front desk and Bonvoy services would be extra accommodating when they make an error, not quote procedures. Make it right for the customer. They need CS training.

Worst service ever than any hotel in its category. The wait staff Isnt helpful at all. It's like that every time we go...terrible!

Our stay was great... until I discovered medication tablets on the ground in our room... you would think spending $700 a night would get you cleaner floors.

Very good services they have, the self parking lot is very close to the rooms. Once I got to the room the TV was on on relaxing music. This is a very good experience I had here at the JW Marriott. Also, you can watch the flamingos all day and night.
