Very close to exhibition center. Really big structures with good restaurants

Very kids friendly , luxurious comfortable rooms. Great restaurants. The man made beach and the swimming pool are all you need for your kids to spend pleasant family moments.

Dirty bathroom upon check in is not an acceptable sight at a JW Marriott. It s obvious it hasn t been cleaned after the previous guest used it. Totally disgusting!!

Hotel looks deserted. Especially the water park/pool area. The only good thing about this hotel is that the staff is friendly and rooms are spacious. However my room smelled like they just sprayed it with tons of Raid.

Indoor pool is very nice, wellness(spa) area however is dirty and messy. Two attendants can t keep up because non of the local guest have the courtesy to clean up after themselves after they use the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, or the showers. The water in the jacuzzi and plunge pool is murky. When you re changing at the lockers you often see people praying. That shouldn t be allowed in a changing area, it makes you quite uncomfortable. I d suppose a hotel like this would have a separate prayer room.

An excellent place, but because you know your way inside the place is very difficult, do not have a guiding board, and you can say something like this
The last time inside the swimming pool hall, 4 people entered Arabic, after some of the staff, asking them, saying: Ali, I would like to refuse the last one, I found myself seeing another from the hotel gate. Provocation

J.W Marriott is one of Cairo's elite five stars hotels. Luxurious rooms, excellent service, and a fine dining experience. The wave pool is a big pkus if you're into water fun.

The food service is fine but not superior, has parking space, and pretty big halls for large meetings.

Excellent place ... getting taxi is not that easy!! ... they want you to pick their useless expensive lemo... i wish they understand that ppl are smart enough... resturants and shisha are great .. the italian restaurant is in amazing setup and original taste ... thank you mr. Mansoor ( francisco)

The plateu at JW marriot hotel is a simple bar and restaurant. It's an outdoor area overlooking the green gardens of jw marriot .. not so expensive, casual dress code. A great place to enjoy an outing with friends

Rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool is great. Nice place. Staff can be a little inexperienced at times, but overall I had a great experience. This hotel really really shines when it comes to its restaurants!

High-end service, newly constructed with first rate materials, workmanship, service and security.

this is a very good and high quality place with great memories, I stayed in this hotel 3 times and ever time was better then the other, it is the official perfect getaway from your normal busy life.

The hotel and resort are more than fantastic and close to the finest places in Cairo

It wasn't my first time there, but this time was for business visit to Nasr city company which is located in the basement floor, and I forgot my expensive watch in the bathroom and when I discovered that after two hours of leaving the hotel, I called them to inform the incident, they call me back to let me know that my watch is safe in the lost and found department and I got it two days later.

The place is refined and more than wonderful but the restaurant is of less quality

Customer service is superb, quality is more than up to standard for the brand and the atmosphere here is just really lovely

Staff are very professional, food is great. Quiet and Clean. Normally use it for business events. Location and directions are tricky as entry is not easy eye-catch . If u are going by cap, make sure your ride drop you inside rather than at the gate or you will have a lengthy walk to the main building or worse to the penthouse

Room was good but the tea water heater was broken, some of the people on the service line speaks to fast making u feel like ur calling for a free service and not a paid 5 star hotel.
The hotel could do better being a 5 star Marriott hotel

Best hotel in cairo with great internet speed for guests. And a lot of great restaurants inside

Had a USD 15 breakfast here.....dim sum , "Chinese soup" that taste like Japanese miso soup, coffee ,beef bacon......SUCKS.

Hotel is very expensive compared to the standard of service they serve, honestly the level of service does not amount to a 5 star hotel ever

Close to the airport with lots of eating options still away from the crowded Cairo.

Nice place in the outskirts of Cairo. Closer to airport however far from downtown.
