Didnt have the best welcoming 5 star hotel should have
Room was good but the tea water heater was broken, some of the people on the service line speaks to fast making u feel like ur calling for a free service and not a paid 5 star hotel.
The hotel could do better being a 5 star Marriott hotel
Some of the reception staff were the best and also the cleaning staff.
