Service and room were great, bed was kinda hard which is why I didnt give it a 5 star.

Loved their open buffet breakfast, the view overlooking the golf course is incredible, staff are friendly.
Fast internet, many nice restaurants, but needs to be a bit more updated though, small TV screen, old kettle, old bathroom...

The hotel is nice of course according to its short visit it is spacious and clean but may be old and especially garage. The place was excellent and I stayed there for several years. But it seems to retain its brilliance and elegance.

Very high precautions measures are taken for the Covid 19

Room is clean and very cozy, also quiet and well organised.. Staff are helpful and professional.. Breakfast buffet needs to be more organised, however, offered food is fresh and tasty.. Would stay there again.

Although I stayed in a standard room but it was was so good, spacious with a pretty nice bathroom and a good view, the whole sleeping experience was good, I highly recommend. Over there you get that feeling that you re completely out of Cairo, which is needed sometimes.
However, the breakfast experience was a total mess (it took too long to serve and at the end I didn t get what I asked for), yet on these days I give an excuse for the staff due to the Covid-19 regulations.

Nice big asset without place for prayer except a mat in the garage

If you are going to charge 20usd for an adult beverage you need to know how to make it. Ordered a espresso martini...got a glass of brown water. After investigating found out the bartender was pouring hot espresso over ice before shaking which explains why it tasted like water. The burger I ordered was dry and tasteless. If you are going to charge premium prices you need to give customers premium product.

I stayed here before during Feb. It was cold. Only realized on my departure they have a massive indoor heated pool that flows to an outside pool. Today Im back and discovered another pool and beach pool and super tubes. I was climbing the indoor auto belay climbing wall yesterday. Today when I was looking for it I got lost on the way to the gym and discovered the beach area. I forgot my bose Bluetooth speaker in my room my previous visit and got it back 3 months later they kept it. There many restaurants and I have not even eaten at the steak house. Should I come back Ill try it. Im a corporate pilot and this is deffinately one of the best resorts Ive stayed at. The only one topping this one is Shangri la in Shri Lanka the southern tip.

I had dinner in Cucina, generally the food was below average, and the side risotto had nothing to do with the risotto, although the offers me anothe mushroom risotto but was still very bad.

I am beginning to dislike Marriott because my experience of Marriott in Egypt has not been pleasant. Rude and inconsiderate staff, heavily paid parking and overly expensive are just a few things to begin with.

I wanted to meet with the General Manager and it turned out he is bigger than the pharaohs themselves! The General Manager of a hotel - who should be omnipresent - requires an appointment at least a week in advance. He is made to be untouchable and it is about time that Marriott management and owners remind the General Manager that his job is to serve the guest and not to haunt them.

For shame!

I just had an interview there, so It wasn't a long stay.
It's nice and elegant.

Everything was perfect and more than perfect until Rehab - from Guest at executive luonge as they informed me - did something spoiled our vacation at its end ....anyway the personal reaction do not show hotel policy....still give hotel 5 stars
