Dirty bathroom upon check in is not an acceptable sight at a JW Marriott. It s obvious it hasn t been cleaned after the previous guest used it. Totally disgusting!!

Hotel looks deserted. Especially the water park/pool area. The only good thing about this hotel is that the staff is friendly and rooms are spacious. However my room smelled like they just sprayed it with tons of Raid.

Indoor pool is very nice, wellness(spa) area however is dirty and messy. Two attendants can t keep up because non of the local guest have the courtesy to clean up after themselves after they use the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, or the showers. The water in the jacuzzi and plunge pool is murky. When you re changing at the lockers you often see people praying. That shouldn t be allowed in a changing area, it makes you quite uncomfortable. I d suppose a hotel like this would have a separate prayer room.
