JW Marriott Cairo Reviews

I spent 4 days at the hotel. It is stunning. Rooms are spacious, always clean, view is relaxing. staff are more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast is yummy (nice variety). the food of the Italian restaurant Cucina was nice. however, the food of the Lebanese restaurant Ahlein was below expectations. i recommend the hotel :)

Food and beverage prices are overpriced

The only thing that made me sad was visiting the Saloon (Mohammed elsageir) my hair got burn and the hair stylist was keep talking that was not his fault which it made me just super angry he burned my hair and it was obviously clear .. I will never forgive him and this not a something good under JW Marriott or Mohammed elsagir saloon !!
Also, the quality of the food specially the fresh vegetables need to be improved..
Everything else about the hotel was jut great

I faced very bad experience during my stay at this hotel . Due to security reason , they refused to deliver my food up to my room ordered from the a nearby restaurant . They made go down to the reception to take my food and pay for it .

The hotel is more than wonderful
It has a multi-swimming pool, an artificial pool, a dog house, billiards and snooker, as well as a terrace overlooking the golf course as well as international restaurants.

High level of luxury excellence of service friendly and helpful staff, luxury dinning, variety of cuisine Oriental or international I think it is one of the best places in East town and very near to airport.

Still retaining it's top class credentials after many years of operations. I like the food options which are unique and varied. I like the style that is both classic and modern at the same time. I like the service and the image. I only wish the prices could have been more main steam. Truly a great luxury hotel.

Plateau Cairo Restaurant, wonderful place, romantic, friendly for big gatherings, open air, amazing view over pond, swans and nice birds, great staff, short but lovely menu, I tried Smurf n Turf, and Smoked Salmon, were so cool! Go and Enjoy :z
