The administration is requested to pay more attention to respecting Muslim guests by providing a comfortable place to worship a respectable mosque or chapel, a major defect in a Muslim country, the country of Al-Azhar. In Al-Kabir a hotel they pray in Maqouf Al-Sirat and the hotel contains golf courses. We ask the respectful management to consider this negative situation of the hotel. I did not want to put pictures out of respect, so respect us as your hospitality.
Note: I hope to give the fifth star on the next visit (((All my respect))

The best hotel in Egypt. Beautiful, from the entrance to the exit. Book in it. Do not hesitate, trust me, you will regret it
The security has a wonderful atmosphere, the indoor green areas and the balcony

OK

Nice hotel with great location.

Nice hotel with great location.
Rooms are OK, staff is very friendly.
The beach and the pool is so cool.
The only thing I didn't like it is the parking charges!! Its really silly, when you pay such a big amount for the night and they stop you at the entrance to pay for your car parking!
Grow up guys and be a real hospitality.

I stayed at the hotel in 2012 and just now in December 2017. The hotel looks tired now. Used to be an amazing place. Now rooms need to be renovated. Carpets, chairs are not clean. Robes and towels are not white any more and smelly. These all details make a nice potentially place - just "tired 4*".

Cool.

When a hotel is more focused on process rather than guests you end up with an unpleasant experience. It is clear that resolving issues smoothly comes second to hotel policies and procedures. If you don t face issues you will have a good stay else you will be very unsatisfied with how hotel manages problems.

I always prioritize friendly staff over luxury, therefore this hotel will never be my first choice again

love it
