Great view!! - HORRIBLE SERVICE (Management Tried) - Horrible prices - Ok Food.

The outdoor seating is great! We were advised to sit indoors for the view. No just no. It can be noisy with the bar. If reserving ask for outside by the rail. Defintely go check out the view. $85.00 steak.... I don't trust their grilling/smoking process. Didn't enjoy it. Stick to a steak house.

Others seamed kind of dissatisfied with our waiter. Never apologized for food, never check in BUT INCLUDED 18% GRATUITY. NO WONDER HE GAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Many other food choices. Heck take the elevator in the garage up and see the view some company reserved the level and hosted a party.

It was my 3rd and last time at Juvia. The waiter was very rude and the service was very mechanical. They left very clear the we should eat and leave as fast as we can so they can get more people in. On top of that the waiter took my drink while I was distracted and there was a lot left on it. The food was good but thats all.

One the great rooftop dining options that Miami has to offer. Very flavorful food offerings. As well as a very attentive wait staff. The whisky menu was well constructed albeit little pricier than some of its competitors.

Although the view was nice. There were substantial issues. First, didnt tell us smoking was permitted. Woman lit up next to us and blew smoke in our face for an entire cigarette. The staff was kind enough to move us, but we got stuck inside with no view. The apps were fantastic. Fois gras and tuna poke. Then our $110 tomahawk rib eye came. It was supposed to be 32 oz for 2. No way...maybe 20oz. It was spoiled. I mean it was actually past the date it should have been served. It smelled bad and tasted worse. They took it back and brought a new one. Still appeared small, (understanding of course the 32 oz was precook weight). This steak was very good. My wife mentioned it was my birthday btw, however a manager never came to table, there was never an offer to comp a thing. The dinner was $352.00 for 2 people. The staff was nice enough but for that kind of money....definitely not worth half that price. Would never go back.

We were visiting Miami from New Orleans and decided to dine here. The service was fantastic. Our waiter was Sebastian. The food was also fantastic from the apps to the main course and dessert. They know what they are doing here!

Very pleasant place to hang out. The staff was great, food was delicious and the view is amazing. However it's very pricey. There's always room for improvements. Taste of drinks need to reflect the price. Food is inadequate for the price. Need to spend about $70 per plate to be satisfied.

Juvia is a beautiful restaurant with an amazing rooftop view. The food is good to great, not amazing for the price. The drink I had was very good, but it was also expensive. Our server was attentive yet absent. He appeared to be in the weeds. We were waiting a while for him to come back and order us another round of drinks. A perk to this restaurant is the atmosphere and the DJ. I'd highly recommend requesting to sit outside, it makes the experience very worth while. Overall it is a great place with a fabulous view.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. It was a very special trip to Miami and what better way to celebrate our last night together. I planned a romantic dinner with my now Fiancee, Yosi, that day we made our engagement official with a diamond ring to compliment the matching bracelets. Since we had some big news we decided to share our special news and ask his best friend and his husband to join us. The restaurant was great to change things around to accommodate us. We had an excellent dinner. Jesus and I had a lovely chat while our Israeli men,Yosi and Bar, caught up in Hebrew. The portions are perfect for two couples sharing and trying a variety of options. We had a delicious dinner and everyone enjoyed the experience especially the dessert. Before dinner cocktails were excellent and creative. It was a perfect end to the day I will never forget, the day Yosi woke up and turned to me and said with a kiss, "I had a dream we got married baby. Lets have a perfect day." We shared a beautiful day filled with amazing memories, one I will never forget.

Great food on an unbeatable rooftop terrace. The (lunchtime) DJ seemed to be playing his angsty break up playlist, but we had fun regardless. The service wasn t quite up to the price, but I was brutally hungover when I went and the excellent Faust and steak pulled me back from the brink. Overall a top spot.

Very good service. You can walk down Lincoln Rd. You go up by elevator to the third floor approximately. It has a nice terrace area, the best for me, and then the living room where you can see part of the kitchen. The sushi and the drinks are the best. The letter is limited but varied in options. All of high quality. The view is not great because it is a low floor, but it is still very nice to see the horizon on the ocean side. I've been at night several times. Dress code: casual chic It is advisable to reserve a table with a good view.

Great ambiance and view. Overall the experience was good, but I would prefer for it to be amazing for the price of the dinner.

King crab risotto was fantastic. All other food, I felt was lacking robust flavor, especially for the price of each of the dishes: foie gras, seared ahi tuna, & wagyu wantons.

Party of 2, each with only one cocktail and bill was north of $200 and included 18% gratuity. Service was good.

Best advice: reserve a table, order a bottle of wine or cocktails so you can take in the fantastic view, and then have dinner elsewhere.

It s probably because historic South Beach is devoid of skyscrapers that rooftop restaurants are neither common nor expected. So kudos to Juvia for being the first to market (to my knowledge) in South Beach to offer outdoor dining with spectacular views of Miami Beach to the North and East from the rooftop of a Lincoln Road garage. I can recommend the view and the location, but I absolutely cannot recommend that you dine at Juvia.

The grilled octopus appetizer I ordered appeared and tasted as though it had been prepared that morning and kept warm under a lamp all day. The lobster ceviche was scant and tasteless. So much in fact that only twenty-four hours later the only detail I can recall about the ceviche is that it was served in a white bowl.

Talk about a great place to dine!!! Service was beyond excellent, food was even better. I don't understand the people saying that they don't honor time. I was half an hour late to my reservation and I still got seated right away. Granted they told me that I'd have to be off the table in about an hour and a half but given that I've dined in New York and more than half of their places are like this, it didn't bother me one bit. We stayed after the time and weren't kicked out. Sebastian was a really great waiter and made sure we had everything promptly. Also, I see people complaining that they didn't know how to make a "proper" Cuban coffee....well people this isn't a Cuban restaurant. It's a Peruvian/Japanese fusion. If you want specialized coffee go someplace else. But everything else about this place was amazing. I am from Miami, and the view gives it a special kind of ambiance. Make sure you get a seat by the windows in order to take in the whole experience. People who are not from here would enjoy the view that much more. Ok the place is a bit pricey....but, it was worth it and definitely a great date night spot. Would recommend to everyone to try at least once. The prices may sway some people but try it once and you'll be hooked. Oh and I didn't get the DJs name but the music he played was the cherry on top for the ambiance.

Juvia is one of the best Roof Top bars/restaurants in South Beach. They also own Sushi Garage, which we absolutely love. It is always crowded with gorgeous locals and tourists. Despite being on Lincoln Rd, it is way different from everything else on the ground level. Parking nearby is easy as Lincoln Rd offers several garages. It is a great place to grab a drink as well.

I would definitely give this restaurant zero stars if possible. The view was awesome, however, the dinning experiece proved to be the most atrocious and utterly offensive spectacle on a worldwide scale. My husband and I arrived a bit early to enjoy a cocktail and assure a promising table and were immediately bombarded for our entree orders. Having had a continual and expensive amount of apitizers served, we were informed by a very arrogant floor attendee that our time at the restaurant had expired because he needed our table. The bottle of wine that we had ordered had not even had time to perspire nor had we been afforded a chance to order an entree. He did however advice us that every restaurant in "the world" will only allow the tables to the customers for no more than one hour. We graciously released the table and left hungry in search of a far greater experience.

Very fun: A few days ago some friends brought me to this cool place, absolutely fashionable and yet quality. Very well located and with a great view, it is on the top floor and has a terrace. Great drinks and beautiful people, the service goes out of their way to assist you, at least to us.
The menu is extensive, the raw material selected and the cuisine well prepared. We take Japo entrees and then a spectacular meat, do not miss the Key Lime Pie, in a glass, unstructured and different from any other that I have been able to take. Good cellar, but a little expensive, you know in these places.
From what my friends say, the quality and service is always like this, and it is difficult to make a mistake when choosing something that you like. It is something lacking but it is worth it. In short, an absolutely fashionable but reliable site, it is worth coming to know it.

Unfortunately if I had 0 stars I would have given it. We reserved a table for 4 people in the closed part but at the window. Arriving at the site we were told that our reservation was outside. That day there were black clouds over Miami and it was certain that a storm would fall. We said we didn't want it outside. They took us inside in a dark place, close to the kitchen, away from the window and to complete with people still in bathing suits and completely drunk shouting, swearing etc. We tried to speak again to change places, the receptionist frowned and said it was impossible, since the empty tables were just the ones next to this unpleasant table. Anyway we were mistreated and we felt cheated since we made the reservation two days in advance.

Definitely $$$$ rather than $$$ considering main plates range from $40-$160 and some wine bottles reaching over $2,000. I d say it s about $115 per person, if you re not drinking alcohol. The food was great, but not worth the value. Would consider coming back for brunch instead of dinner.

I came here to have a drink and they wouldn't give me a beer because I didn't had my passport on me.
I'm 28 y/o and even when i showed my International license and a picture of my passport they wouldn't let me have the drink.
I understand the rules that if someone looks under 30 he should show his ID, but you shouldn't expect tourists to hang out with their passport all the time!
That's rudeness and shaming.

Went to a total scene restaurant in Miami on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Got a great table without pretentiousness, good service and great food. In miami. Never happens. Never. Left thrilled. Wasn't cheap but it was worth it.

Here's why two stars: We had reservations for 9:15 pm and were seated promptly when we arrived. The restaurant appeared upscale, the view of the city was alright and the music was decent. We immediately ordered cocktails and they arrived fairly quickly, in fact there was no wait on any of the rounds of cocktails. We ordered appetizers just before 9:45 which were served around 10:20p Dinner left me asking myself, would I go back. The answer is no, and nobody in the party of five would either . First off, it took forever for them to take our order, and regardless of the time they took the order, the food wasn't served until 11:04 pm. We mentioned it to our server who was great, and he stated the kitchen was backed up, however a party of the same size was seated after us and was served before us. Secondly, the food was bland. I had Seabass which was cooked perfectly, but the cucumber spaghetti and maple glazed eggplant did not compliment each other. Basically I had fish and cucumbers, (Say it aloud and ask yourself would you eat it.) though the presentation was great. If anyone chooses to go, I can only recommend the appetizers cocktails both of which are phenomenal. We ordered 1 of everything appetizer and drinkwise and sampled all.

Edit: Disclaimer... I live in South Florida, so I'm not blown away by the rooftop view, and I can hear South Beach many times and it means nothing to me. This review is primarily about my experience and perception of this restaurant along with my guests who were visiting.

Worst customer service EVER! - glass shattered in my hand!
Having dinner with friends last night - standing at the bar waiting for our table to be ready - I was drinking club soda, pacing myself. Picked up the glass, then when I placed it back on bar, liquid and broken glass went flying - the bottom portion of glass had broken off from top. I was drenched by the liquid, and worried about shards of glass (and literally shaking from the experience). The manager came over and asked us to move because we were in the way of his servers delivering meals (meanwhile we were just trying to avoid stepping in the broken glass). I explained what had happened.
The manager said he wasn't aware of the incident.

What happened next was the problem. At no time did anyone come over to see if I was injured, or if my outfit had been ruined. There was no apology, although it seems our server had been made aware of what had happened. When the bill came, not even one comped drink.

This is not what one would expect in such an establishment. Dinner for four was $449, not including our preliminary drinks at the bar. We always bring out-of-town guests to Juvia because of the food, view and ambience. But there is more to making a quality restaurant - and the way the place treats their customers is of utmost importance.

Accidents happen, and the broken glass was clearly an unexpected accident. But the lack of appropriate response on behalf of management is shocking and disappointing, to say the least.

Who doesn't know Miami, probably will like it, there's a beautiful view. But, as my boyfriend is living in town we've already known so much better places, with better prices, better food and better staff. I was anxious to go to Juvia, but the expectations were high and the place is just OK. Definitely doesn't worth it, maybe just with tourists (that doesn't know another places).

Worst experience ever! This was my birthday celebration: with reservation made we waited an hour. The place is so noisy and laud, you cannot even talk! The appetizers were OK, the main dishes terrible and so expensive! You absolutely do not get what paying for! This place should be a top roof bar and not a restaurant! Never again!

Well i dont know where to start they were very very very unprofetional it was my birthday and we pick this place because thinking we were gonna have good time but it was very sad and uncomfortable for my husband to find out he cant put my balloons he got me for my birthday in the restaurant! He called and did reservation before they even open, and five minutes after he called back to ask if he can send someone to drop off some balloons for my birthday and the said, yes no problem but make sure is 15 to 20 mins before your reservation time which was at 915pm. When we arrive to the host stand we presented ourselves and told the hostess we have a reservation and the first thing they said was! Oh sorry but your balloons we cant accept them in the restaurant because of a fire hazard and we place them in our storage, my husband was furious and ask for a manage! The manager said sorry we cant accept your balloons and he reply to her that he called and they told them otherwise and now they changing the story! She insisted that they cant accept and when we leave they will have our balloons for us. at that point since we count get reservation anywhere else we decide to continue out dinner. While we waited for our table to be seated we were felling Annoyed by the situation they presented to us in the beginning. Once we were in our dinner we order a tomahawk steak and they serve it with fire live Charcoal and we notice it was more of a fire hazard the our balloons, it even started to create a heavy smoke because it was burning the steaks juice falling in the lit charcoal creating smoke all the way to the roof of our table. Anyways we finish our dinner and they bring desert knowing it was a birthday celebration and they dont even sign you a birthday song or like at any other restaurant do. We pay a bill of 330$ and we leave to the hostess we ask for our famous balloons and the hostess goes in the storage and takes like more them 5 mins for a grab and go balloons and she comes out with our 6 balloons in normal shale but the main big balloon which it was the biggest one and pretties comes back cut/ damage/slashed up and says oh im sorry i think the heat poped it! They did it on purpose At this point I was extremely furious myself and we cannot believe this happened we are not planning on going here ever again actually we re going to encourage everybody not to go for any type of birthday if they wish to do something nice to their couples because here apparently they do not care about that simply they care about taking your money and charging you Miami Beach rich class prices for something that is not worth it. We are done with this place and also is the manager is reading this comment please don t bother in replying or trying to fix the situation horrible unprofessional and the experience was the worst one.

I love Juvia. I worked here years ago when they first opened and still come back for their food.

They're always updating the menu, especially now with CO-VID. My favorite dish was always the Korean short-rib. I haven't found anything else that comes close in terms of quality and taste.

Favorite sides included the cheesy potato puree and sauteed wild mushrooms.

We came this place and waited for more than 15 min for a waiter to come and offer something. After that we went to a table by ourselves cause we wanted to have something to eat. Then 4 different waiters came to our table to explain that the tables are just to eat (which we wanted) after the 4th finally we get to order, we wanted to start with an appetizer so we did it, then the waiter told us that we could have the appetizer in the bar cause the tables are just for entrees, ok! But guess what? Then he let us know that they are closing the kitchen in 10 min! So.... I've to ask the waiter what was the problem for us to stay there. If later on we weren't be able to order anything else what was the point for moving ourselves for the bar?
It was really not a good way to serve a table for none of the 4 servers.

The service was average going on poor. Our waiter knew the menu but not very good at explaining. We ordered a Seabass that was poorly cooked. Fish swimming in butter. I could not even do desert due to the overwhelming flavor of the fish. Appetizers, ceviche and dumplings were good, but again, averagely prepared. The view is beautiful and drinks were great, but food was unimpressive to say the least. There are much better restaurants in Miami for the price. Go for drink, avoid the food and understand that the staff will not be memorable. Very very disappointed.

I really enjoyed the food, service and ambience. We opted for the fixed price three course brunch. Everything we got was super good. A few things tasted a little over seasoned or too lemon-y to me but that could just be because I m not used to the type of food I was eating. There is a great view to add on to the experience. I d recommend it to those seeking quality dining with a rooftop experience.

Great view and excellent service. I was very happy with my experience and even trying different things from the raw bar and appetizers I was very pleased with the food. The signature salmon nashi was excellent and by far my favorite. I also loved having a drink with the Miami Beach view just in front of me. Great drinks, the best I had in Miami.

I've visited here before, but never got anything. I was glad to come back and check it out. We decided to come here for a couple drinks on a Saturday afternoon. It was not very busy, but I'm sure it gets pretty hopping later at night. They have a great drink list of interesting cocktails, but the menu is a bit confused trying to emulate sushi/latin combo you see all over Miami. I don't think I would come back for food based on that menu, it needs a better identity.

The view here is amazing, and you get the great breezes and sun. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

The bartender was very nice and the service was excellent. I love the decor here as well, the purple everywhere is pretty cool.

A great night view restaurant on Lincoln Road. There is a large bar counter inside the glass-walled shop, filled with customers who enjoy light meals and drinks. Although it is a little expensive, you can enjoy delicious seafood and sake.

View, view and view.

View, view and view.
Food is good but expensive for what they offer. If you are a local or just a tourist you are obliged to know this trendy Restaurant.
