Customer service is very good, I always feel at home here.

The Jumia agege pickup station is a big place. It's off the road on your way to Ikeja along and easy to locate. The reception area is big, spacious and comfortable and the warehouse for returns is equally big.
The only downside is the delays when vendors go to collect their returns. You can spend as much as 2-3 hours waiting to collect your returns.
The staffs are polite and friendly so all in all, ok.

Jumia warehouse, transactions was fast and item retrieval was fast also.

Nice scenerybut waste too much time waiting...strategy should change to address covid19 protocols. Currently theres no physical distancing methods etc.

Jumia Hub, Agege is a shipping and pick Up centre for jumia ecommerce merchants .The hub which is in Agege off ikeja along road is spacious.it has car space. Guards are visibly seen in and around the hub. There are over 6 service personnel shipping items for merchants in the hub. The hub has a manager.Their customer service delivery is satisfactory.

I went there to collect a returned goods after receiving a mail that they will open on public holiday from 10:am . The security told me they won't come because it is public holiday I waited 1hrs and to my surprise they did not show up and their schedule sent to us is that they will attend to customer. I wasted my time and money that day. Some of your officers take do not go by the rule in discharging their duty

This location houses Jumia Agege drop-off station, Jumia Agege returns station and a pick-up station.
The drop-off station is about the largest Jumia drop-off station and it accepts both small and large items. Its open 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays. On/around some days, like public holidays, election days, the operating hours may be changed. Jumia Vendors are usually communicated in advance of such changes.
Jumia advises vendors to come for drop-off at least an hour before the closing time, especially if you are dropping off more than 10 items. If you forgot to print some invoices, don't have enough packaging materials, don't worry and rest assured there is an in-house business center where you can access your seller center, print and/or purchase packaging materials. However, the cost of packaging materials here is much higher than buying online.
There is enough parking space for cars, sufficient security and an air-conditioned waiting room. There is also a packing area where vendors can pack their orders.
The staff are usually willing to assist, wherever possible.

This is one of jumia major hubs/warehouse in Lagos where vendors on the jumia platform can ship all categories of items and also receive same in case of any unfulfilled transaction.

A place for jumia vendors to drop off their items. Timely , car park available

Attendants here were very fool of themselves. They have no intention to assist vendor with minor issues. They claim to be so busy but are either chit chatting or browsing their phones.

Always a beehive of activities here. The staff are friendly and cheerful with Jumia Sellers.

Please get better with the price of your items as side that everything is good

Best Jumia Station I've visited. Very large and the waiting room is really dope and cool. AC tight.

The description I got from the map is different from the actual location, though not too far apart.

I particularly like thus hub because it houses a business centre, so if you forgot to print, you just step away to the corner and do it..
