Came in today looking for a car. Talked with John Hart. Didn't find a car but found a great salesman.

Overall good service. Patient with my pickiness. Not happy with the process of getting my tags as I fed incorrect information. But they pay for my temp tag extension. And the financial guy was a mild jerk, I don't remember his name. Adrian who was the salesman was enthusiastic and helpful, though I did not appreciate him leaving in middle of the process to take car of personal issue and his trainer (bald young gentleman, sorry your name escapes me) was also extremely helpful on the multiple visits to the used area of Buick GMC, he totally made the process for me easier.
But overall good experience even with the bad stuff. I would shop there again.

Dropped truck off Friday morning as scheduled. Did not receive update so called and informed would need to keep over weekend. Did not receive update on Monday. Called Tuesday for update and was told technician just took it in. Updated an hour later truck would require $2,200 repair.
First, 3 days to plug in a computer for diagnostic? Not acceptable. Second, $150 charge for this service. Again, not acceptable. Third, after calling 3 different diesel shops, all quotes for same repair were several hundred dollars less.
I went away from this dealership several years ago due to the service department. Then, after some warranty work, I was impressed with their service and started bringing my vehicle back and felt good about trying to build a relationship and keeping my money local. Service started trending down couple visits ago and now this. Will not be back with this vehicle unless a recall item. Would be very difficult to consider purchasing vehicle from this dealer in the future. Very disappointing.

Shawn the sales manager was super helpful through the whole process and did not wast any of our time. We got their made a deal, signed document and headed home with our new vehicle.

Halladay Motors is Cheyenne's best auto center. You can really tell the quality of an organization after a sale is completed and ongoing attention
to address issues is needed. I have bought 2 vehicles with John (used car sales) over the past few months - John is a good natured, sincere professional and I would happily buy another vehicle from him again. I did have an unexpected issue with one vehicle which allowed me to work with both Shawn (management) and Cameron (service). Both of these guys were incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating to resolve my situation as best as possible. 5 stars all day long for Halladay Motors.

We would like to recommend our Salesman Jordan Puente. Working with Jordan was a pleasure and very good experience. He was the perfect salesman for us, he was not a pushy salesperson We do not care for the aggressive person so Jordan was great, informative, helpful and helped us get a great deal.
We also want to thank Jordan's manager and the financial guy they all made it very easy. We will recommend Halladay to anyone also we again want to say looking for a salesperson who is helpful and great to deal with ask for Jordan Puente.

They helped me through buying my first car when I had no credit history and needed financing. I was on a tight schedule because of a new job and had to find a ride in from out of town. They had all the paperwork ready to go, explained everything, and were straight-forward with me. Overall, it was as good of an experience as could be expected. Thanks!

bought a pick up there a couple years ago and not even a month after having it the transfer case blew up. They paid for the tow truck and said they would put a new one in for a cheaper price and that was fine. However when I called to see if my truck was done they said it was so I went to pick it up and they would not give it to me. Come to find out that they put on a new driveline without my permission and I was going to get one cheaper from elsewhere. I go that settled after I was being treated like a child. Then finally I got my truck back. They removed the transfer case and did not fill up my transmission fluid so when I drove it home I blew the transmission. I took it to another shop and they said all the sensors were fried and the gears were burnt. So after 3 months of arguing with the Lead Mechanic I finally got a lawyer and then they decided they were at fault so they replaced the transmission. After that I got the truck back and it would not shift out of 2nd gear. I took the vehicle back only to be called a liar. So eventually I they took it in and come to find out they did not test the old sensors before they put them back in and my sensors were fried so they replaced those too. When I picked my vehicle up for the final time I was told to never come back to that shop or dealer again. So all in all it was pretty bad service.

Great service and very friendly! My car died after the first leg of a cross-country drive and Travis went out of his way to work me in to their packed schedule and get me back on the road. In and out. Couldn't be more thankful!

WE were on the road form Maryland and needed an oil change. The service writer was great got me in and out fast and even washed the truck

I was approached by Shawn and he was amazing and super helpful. He was very genuine and nice. Halladay has great customer service!

Brought them a brand new vehicle (purchased elsewhere) that needed to be checked out for warranty work. They took great care of me and got me fixed up in the expected timeline.

I purchased a vehicle from Nissan in January. Kacy was very nice, and made the process an amazing experience.

The Subaru repair department takes excellent care of our B9 Tribeca. This is our third Subaru, and Halladay has been taking care of this one since 2006. We just went over 100,000 miles, so this check-up indicated we need some expensive "tune-ups". The inspection revealed an oil leak we MUST get fixed soon. We're just glad they spotted the problem and can fix it before we have a break-down. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Bret took excellent care of me and my truck. I was broke down and barely made it to Tyrell Chevrolet which was right across the street from my hotel. Alex treated me terribly and also made sure to tell me they couldn't fit me in the next day. The other two mechanics were trying to help me when Alex interrupted and said they didn't have time for me! My wife called Halliday and they were already closed. She called back first thing the next morning and Bret told her they'd stop everything they were doing to help me considering I'm from Dallas and pulling an RV for the company I work for! It was major repairs but Bret, once again, went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck back on the road as quickly as possible and at less cost. Bret also asked me to call him when I got to my destination to make sure everything was okay. WOW! The world needs more Bret! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I went here to get a replacement mirror for my truck after it got decimated by the hail storm at the end of July. I looked online for one first but the one I needed was not available. I decided that I had to go to the dealership which I was dreading because I had already looked up the cost of my mirror on the GMC website. Just the mirror, not with the housing, was $545. When I got to the parts department I was quoted the same price but then when the parts person noted the price he was shocked. He then said let me see what I can do. After a few strokes on his keyboard he got the price down to $465 saving me $80. I was very greatfull and think that Halladay's is probably the most reputable dealership in town.

My TPS monitor was showing 4 different PSI readings for my tires. Looked at the paperwork the tech submitted for maintenance on the truck, said 35 PSI before service and 35 PSI afterwards.
Also had a coupon for a free alignment check. The wheel sits slightly to the right and the truck pulls slightly left on long stretches. Guess what? They never checked that either. What sucks is this truck is leased and so all this will likely be discovered when I turn the truck in and they are like, "hey how come the wheel sits funny?" Don't know guys... Check the maintenance records

This place was very helpful in showing me cars that I may like to buy in the near future, an employee named Tanner Robertson was super helpful through my search and answered all my questions I had.

The Used Car Department is excellent! Michael Mullett found us a vehicle that we wanted and a lot more extras than we expected. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot Latitude and we love it! We highly recommend visiting him and getting a great deal!!!

I bought a GMC Denali dually, the the service has been great. A friend of my was quite impressed with the GMC truck and traded his Dodge for a 3500 Sierra. He is very happy with the vehicle this far. We came in today because the oil showed low. The service rep took care of the vehicle right away and will check back Monday to see if all is well. I have been very pleased with the service I have had on my truck, and was once again impressed with the service. When it comes time to get another vehicle, I will definitely be back.

although i have never bought a car from any dealership here in cheyenne wy. i have browsed all the dealerships here in cheyenne and would highly reccomend halladays to fellow car buyers! they offer great deals on cars and service. and have a great selection of GM Buick and cadilac. if your looking for a great deal on GM vehicles i would highly reccomend stoping by Halladay and go see Jamie Wittmann for the best deals and prices!

Bought a used car less than 3 months ago and it already has a blown head gasket. The previous owner had the part replaced in 2014 and it's already gone again. When asking for assistance we were told that it's not Halladay's problem so they wouldn't help. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE

While I ve never had the pleasure of buying a car from Jamie (Yet,) I did reach out to her about my faulty Nissan key fob. Not only did she explain to me how I could remedy the situation myself, she referred me to the folks in the service department and gave me some great advice on how to get my fob back in business. In a mans world it s absolutely refreshing to see a woman who is dedicated to the industry and works tirelessly for her customers to get them in a safe vehicle that fits their needs. When I m in the market for a new vehicle, she s the only one I d go to.

They have lost the great customer service that I used to love about the GM service department. Now it feels like they will no longer take the extra step to be great. Overbooked and in a hurry and not worried to lose longtime customers.

Well I ll start with this, the people there are phenomenal in terms of customer service and just helping people as soon as they appear upon the lot. I don t mean they re overwhelming however patient and diligent once they come into contact with a customer (me for example). One person in particular that was an enormous assistance was a store clerk named Tyler, who could ve been a manager but helped me find the type of car, color, and style/trim I was looking for without any complications whatsoever! Also, I think there was a guy named Kevin who was cool in general! I would highly recommend this car dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle worth buying.

Terrible experience, I've been to a lot of different dealers. They test drove our truck and they guy drove it up and down the road like he stole it. It had a bit of squeaking before and now it is even worse. The trade in value was way below what we asked for, they even looked it up in front of us after we told them there price was very low and they did not care. I will be going else where to buy any new or used vehicle.

I was in for an oil change/tire rotation with a coupon.. took my vehicle right at 8:00 was done at 9:15. They ran it thru the car wash. The waiting room had coffee, water and snacks. Good experience.

We recently bought a vehicle there. The buying experience was typical, nothing good or bad. We looked at a couple vehicles and they were all dirty. We bought our truck knowing we would have to clean it ourselves, but the more we are in it the more we are finding. There was trash in the center console, a chocolate looking substance on the back seat belt and crease of the seat, the cup holder in the back has some kind of food crust all over it, etc. Plus they don't even give you a full tank of gas with your purchase. Maybe that's not a thing anymore, but every other time we've bought a vehicle they made sure we left with a full tank.
It is what it is. We love our new vehicle despite having to detail it ourselves. Ultimately we would never recommend this dealership to friends or family though.

Bought anew truck in July. Had a problem with it running, they had it for three weeks. Just got back last week, problem is still there. Afraid to drive my NEW truck out of town. Truck does not have 2000 miles on it yet,.

I had an awesome experience with Kacy from Nissan and Paula from Subaru. Kacy has been working with me for several months, very patient and attentive. She always answered my questions and treated me with kindness. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle! Paula was amazing at Subaru as well-funnest test drive ever!! Paula was very knowledgable and fun! Nice job ladies!!

By far the best dealership around, from the buying experience to everything else in between. The service department takes care of matters immediately. Every experience we ve encountered with Halladay has been a pleasure. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle here without a doubt.

My wife and i purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 RMT Edition. When we first saw the truck on the halladay website, it was priced below the actuall sale price. We went to look at the truck and found out that there was a mistake on the website. My wife talked with the sales manager via telephone. The sales manager spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with my wife, on his day off, discussing the pricing of the truck. The sales manager honored the website pricing of the truck, even though he didn't have too, to insure we were happy customers. Well, we bought the truck the next day and are very happy customers. We highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out halladay motors in cheyenne. We too want to thank everyone at the dealership that help us in the purchase of our new truck. This was probably one of the easiest purchases we have ever made thanks to the entire sales team at halladay motors.

Absolute worst dealership and auto shop I've ever experienced. Horrible employees, horrible service. A 5 day project in the auto body turned into a month with no calls or follow up- and the car isn't even fixed. Looked at a vehicle at the dealership and was treated absolutely terribly. Salesman was rude and wasted 2 hours of my time by lying to me off the bat. NEVER GO HERE OR USE HALLADAY, it will be the worst dealership experience you ever have.

Great selection, service and the best car salesman around in Colt Anderson. His knowledge of both the vehicles he represents and the competition is astounding. Easy fast transaction and the owner even took the time to come and thank us for our purchase! We spent a month visiting many dealers before deciding on this vehicle and could not be happier with the sales experience we received here.

If I could give them a no star rating I would! I wouldn t recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Had been looking at and interested in a vehicle there for about two weeks. My family was helping me test drive and look at the vehicle due to the fact I lived in a different state. They took it and test drove it, we loved it. Told them we were interested in it. There was some stuff we wanted their shop to look at on it so it took a few days to get back to us. We got in contact with the salesman helping us and told him we wanted it. We made an offer and they accepted it. The next day the salesman contacted me to discuss when they could deliver the vehicle to me. A couple hours later my dad received a call saying they sold the vehicle to someone else. Please tell me how a vehicle gets sold to another buyer after we made a deal and also the fact that we had been in contact with them for weeks about wanting to purchase it. Their customer service sucks and seems like they were all about the money. Whoever pays more gets it?? Good luck buying from them they will probably sell what ever your interested in to someone else.

While on vacation we experienced problems with the truck we bought new from Halladay. We tried calling Beaman GMC in Nashville, couldn't get a hold of them or a return call. We called Hallady for some help. We received a call from Don at Halladay, he said he would see what he could do to help. 10 min later we received a call from Scott at Beaman. Scott told us he would be at the dealership at 7 am. We arrived at the dealership at 7 and Scott is working on helping us with the problem. THANK YOU HALLADAY OVER AND ABOVE...

Jamie is the best she will go above and beyond to get in a vehicle. Do not see what you want or particularly looking for she will do everything she can to find that for you.

I would give 10 stars to this review if it would let me. I was passing through town and had been having trouble with my windshield wipers so I stopped in and they sent me right to the Service bay and came out and started working on my wipers. The gentlemen that were working and talking to me and my granddaughter were the nicest guys I have ever come across in a car dealership. I would take these guys over my guys back home in SC any day!!! They offered us snacks/water while we waited and then when all was done sent us on our merry way and did not charge us for the service. Thank God I stopped because as soon as my granddaughter and I started out we hit a Nasty storm and I would not have been able to see if I had not had the wipers fixed/cleaned. I had been replacing my wipers a lot because after short time they would not wipe cleanly and the guys at Halladay Buick, GMC told me that when you get new wipers they have a film on them and you should clean them off and when I clean my windows at a gas station also clean and wipe the wipers. When I drive back across the country in a few months and if we go through Cheyenne I will definitely stop in and say Thank you again for the Best Service ever!!

Had an awesome experience here!! I m new to the area and was looking for a new pick up after my military retirement. The salesman and staff were all very friendly and had helped me out a lot. I did a lot of shopping around before making a decision. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn and he did an excellent job. Will definitely be coming back for future vehicles!

Great sales department but the service department is a joke. Picture this. Go to the dealer pick out your car in few hours. Pay for 3/4 of it in cash. Then every time you bring it to service. You pull into this beautiful shop. The service writers treat you like they are doing you favor. I looked at trading my car in at 30k miles. For a Yukon. Then after being treated like that decided I would not give them another dime.if your getting in the shop and they are helping you out it's because they are loosing a lot of business.
Little update. Jim Casey reached out to me on this review. I attempted to contact him through email. No response. Can't say I'm surprised at this point. Save yourself time and money. Go to colorado.
